Called Bobby for a last minute job, he came but unfortunately the boiler was beyond repair. He was a true professional and very helpful.

I recently had to call someone out for an emergency radiator and boiler problem, and I’m really glad I went with Bob. A family friend recommended him, and they were spot on. He turned up quickly, figured out what was wrong with both the boiler and the radiator straight away, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense.

What I liked most was how relaxed but professional he was. He got everything up and running faster than I expected and made sure it was all safe before he left.

Overall, super reliable and easy to deal with. I’d definitely call Bob again if anything else goes wrong.

The boys from Heatbox Heating were absolutely brilliant. We had an emergency water leak on the main lead pipe coming into our property in Bexleyheath, and they came out late in the evening to sort it. They quickly isolated the leak, replaced the damaged lead pipe, and installed a new water supply pipe with real professionalism and skill. Last minute cry for help with a broken boiler leaving us with no hot water for 48 hours and British Gas not acting on it! Responded to call and attended to the job within 2 hours! Our experience with Bob was too tier
My nans boiler had some issues, as you can imagine it was stress for us with the cold weather and her old age.

We called him, it was very last minute and he was so helpful he went and sorted it even suggesting a few other things that we was not even aware of, and had been back to check it’s still working and in order.

Our experience with Bob has been fantastic. Our boiler lost pressure which resulted in no heating and hot water. Bob was able to locate and fix the issue immediately which we were very grateful for, given we have a young baby. I would highly recommend Bob @ Heatbox Heating and we will definitely be calling on Bob if we have any further issues.

Professional job done to a very high standard. Fast and efficient. Excellent service will be recommending his services to friends and family. I’m an extremely happy customer 😊
