Carl serviced both my son’s boiler and mine. He left each area very clean and gave good advice to my son about the age and condition of his boiler. This is the 3rd occasion Carl has done jobs for me and have recommended Heat-Solve to friends.

We were lucky enough to have Carl from Heat-Solve attend and fix our boiler and upgrade our heating system just before Christmas.

Prior to the work being done he did a comprehensive inspection of our existing heating system and gave us options on how to proceed with fixing and improving it.

His communication throughout was great , with updates and information sent by WhatsApp and email.

Once on site in our house he was very considerate to my wife working from home and arranged any disruptive work around her requirements to have quiet periods.

Whilst carrying out his work he explained everything he was doing and what was needed to control the new installation of thermostats.

We now have a heating system that is fully controllable, leaks in radiators fixed and boiler now working as it should.

We would thoroughly recommend Carl and Heat-Solve and will definitely be returning to him for any servicing of our heating system in the future

Have used them several times over the years. Quick to fit in a visit, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Just needed a new boiler right before Christmas and all organised and installed with minimum fuss and disruption. Highly recommended.

Carl fit us in at short notice and did not charge us an extortionate call out fee. He identified the problem quickly and came back the next day with the replacement part. Boiler has worked perfectly since.
