Had a mail issue.
I had an issue sending mail to any GMail address. Heart Internet fixed the problem with a config change without fuss and super quickly. Very pleased.

Looking into your case, I can see that it took us longer than expected to respond, and I apologise for that. Once the team were able to investigate, they resolved the issue you initially contacted us about and also answered your follow-up question regarding another hosting package.
One point that's worth mentioning is that our tickets are handled in chronological order based on the most recent update. Whilst we completely understand the desire to keep checking for progress, multiple updates before we've had a chance to reply can unfortunately move the ticket further back in the queue and inadvertently increase the response time.

I'm trying to retire and as part of that process I'm down sizing my Internet footprint. Tak Tran has been a star in this whole process.
I have found my interactions over the years on the whole in the very good bracket. There were times when reaction to requests were annoying slow, but that was a few years back. My most recent experience has been excellent. I would happily recommend Heart Internet

I contacted Heart Internet support for…
I contacted Heart Internet support for help updating the PHP version on our WordPress site. The support was excellent throughout.
Scott responded quickly, identified the cause of the initial problem and made the necessary changes to get the site running correctly on PHP 8.3. As further issues appeared in the WordPress Site Health report, he dealt with each one promptly and professionally, enabling the required modules and making further tweaks that resolved the problems.
The turnaround was very quick, the explanations were clear, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish.
Excellent technical support and a very positive experience. Highly recommended.
