I cannot thank Ed and the team at HearingWales Swansea enough for the care and support they have given my mum.

When she first attended for her hearing tests she was extremely frightened and unsure of what to expect. Ed and the team treated her with such kindness, patience, and reassurance that it immediately put her at ease.

Four weeks later she is practically a different woman. Her confidence is returning and the improvement in her hearing has made such a difference to her daily life and to all of us as a family.

We are incredibly grateful for the attention, professionalism, and genuine care shown throughout the process. Thank you for giving my mum back such an important part of her life.

Very good first time service. Friendly reassuring staff. Allowed me to come back twice as required stronger drops to assist wax removal at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

Hearing Wales were so friendly, welcoming and professional. They put me completely at ease during complex hearing tests. Everything was explained in detail before, and as it was happening. I was given full feedback gently and compassionately about my level of hearing loss. I highly commend the treatment I received.

Everything explained before I had the micro ear cleaning I would 100% recommend this services i have been suffering for a few years with my ears had them done for the first time today It was amazed that I could hear everything ❤️ I would recommend anyone that suffers with ear wax build up to have this done to top it all its not expensive

A very warm welcome on arrival. Professional and personable. Fiona explained what was going to happen during the consultation and kept me informed of what was going on at all times. Great guidance and advice on the next steps to replace my existing hearing aid. I highly recommend Hearing Wales

At Hearing Wales Newcastle Emlyn I was greeted by Adele on reception who was friendly and helpful.
I have had an exceptional experience with Amy the audiologist . Following my hearing assessment she gave me comprehensive explanations and answered all my questions .
As someone who was unsure whether I wanted hearing aids Amy talked me through the options and how each type of hearing would address issues I was experiencing in my daily life.
I cannot praise Amy and Adele enough for helping me transform my life for the better.

The staff were excellent, polite and really efficient. My wife who has Alzheimer's was made to feel totally at ease. We had to return a couple of times due to the level of ear blockage but there was no extra charge.

Absolutely 5 star! Having had blocked ears all day (after washing my hair), and finding a previous audiologist I'd seen un-available until after Christmas, I popped in on the off-chance late on a Friday, but the audiologist had just left. The receptionist was fab - she gave me good advice on what to do until the following Mon/Tues when I should just pop in for a free ear check. I was seen in a few minutes - the audiologist was great and she removed my hard wax from both ears there and then! Quite a bit cheaper than I'd been quoted by the previous audiologist I'd seen some months back. I'd highly recommend Hearing Wales in Newcastle Emlyn (and it doesn't need months of ear drops to soften the wax as I'd thought!) Thank you both!

I have always received first class treatment and attention from Hearing Care Wales ,particularly from the audiologist and receptionist at their Swansea Branch.Whenever I have had problems with my hearing or hearing aids,I have been seen asap either at their Swansea branch or as a house call.

I contacted Hearing Wales on 04/12/2025 and was given an appointment at the branch in Newcastle Emlyn on 10/12/2025. However, I was contacted early on 05/12/2025 and was able to be seen at 12:00hrs that day - less than 24hrs after I first made contact.
The service provided was very thorough, both the receptionist and audiologist were very helpful and professional. The issues I’m currently experiencing were fully explained to me. I would highly recommend Hearing Wales in Newcastle Emlyn.

As not local to the Newcastle Emlyn, I holiday in the area twice a year and I wondered if I would get any better service than the boots and specsaver regime of national earing services.
The answer is an outstanding huge Yes!
If Hearing Wales and it's other outlets are half as good as this Newcastle Emlyn location, then Wales is so lucky to have their Service. My whole experience was accommodating and made pleasurable to my needs, thank you!
