Got a good price on my charger and had my questions answered straight away. Took over a week to arrive, but then it stated up to 10 working days and I didn't need it quickly, so no issue. Good comms throughout!

I’m sorry to hear you’re still waiting for your order. Unfortunately when you ordered we had just sold the last Oticon domes, we normally have a 1 day turn around time to get these domes to us from the supplier, however Oticon had some delays in getting our order to us causing us a bit of a backup in our Oticon orders.
I tried to reach you via the email address you used when placing the order on the 7th, 15th & 16th of May to offer you compensation for the delays in your order and also keeping you updated along the way.

After being let down by a big brand…
After being let down by a big brand chain (not going to name but you’d know them) I decided to try my luck online. Honestly I don’t usually write reviews but after the service I received from Jack at customer support I wanted to. I initially reached out for help as I was having trouble with my hearing aid. I wasn’t sure if it was the hearing aid or the charger. However within a few minutes Jack had diagnosed the issue and advised the right replacement part. Which I received in no time. Brilliant help, brilliant service. Thankyou Jack.
