Why can’t I give ZERO STARS? healthy pets is a legit site. healthypetZ, with a Z, IS NOT. I made the mistake of placing my order on Jan 26. It is now Mar 6 and I have no order. Their website says they ship within 3-5 business days. What they don’t tell you is that it’s coming via a slow boat from CHINA. I checked the status on Mar 1 and it said ‘AWAITING USPS’. Still says that on Mar 6. I have repeatedly sent requests for a refund and only get ‘thank you for your patience. Just a little longer.’ Research thoroughly! I ordered the same thing from CHEWY and it came the next day with my Autoship order. No shipping charges. Now I’m off to submit my complaint to PayPal.

If I could I give them no stars cause they charged me and I never got the product now they are trying to charge me again on a second bottle never got the first tried to contact them nobody ever responded. Don’t waste ur money.

Terrible customer service. Have sent emails and gave not received any responses. Cannot find a phone number to call them. I received a package that came double Bagged from the post office because the product smelled like it came out of a sewer. Absolutely disgusting. Again no response from them.

First product arrived and seemed to be normal and used fine. I then saw another payment has come out of my account (I had not subscribed to the subscription service) the 2nd bottle then arrived. I opened the bottle and the liquid was a cloudy white colour with bits floating in it and the smell was so fowl I could smell it before opening the bottle. I obviously didn’t get this to my dog. I have emailed twice for a refund and stated my concerns about the product and not had any response. Avoid this company as I’m not sure how safe this product is for your pet.

I bought x3 of the collagen drops but they brought my French bulldog out in such a bad allergic reaction that I had to take him to our vets. Ended with a bill for steroid cream and shampoo to calm his skin. Long story short I just put it down to a bad reaction and just accepted the £36 as a loss… until I received notification from my bank that ANOTHER payment was taken out. After doing some digging it turns out I’m in a monthly subscription with them… why the hell would I want another 3 bottles every month. I did not agree to enter into this subscription.

I then emailed them to cancel and upon reading their T’s and C’s notices their 60 day money back guarantee. I emailed asking for a refund for BOTH transactions as I was still within this timeframe and I have had no response.

They’re 💯 a scam. I have sent several emails and I’m just being ignored.

I just want my money back as per their own written agreement on all of their media posts and website.

Total scam doesn't work and they access your account for repeat orders without notification and make it difficult to unsubscribe

I heard about healthy petz collagen product from a friend I have a dog who seems to be allergic to grass and a has very red belly that he constantly scratches. I’ve been using the collagen in his food now for four weeks with absolutely no change. It seems like this is complete snake oil. I would avoid this product at all costs.

I ordered in November and tried to reach them. I emailed in December and January I wanted a refund they offer

They quit answering my emails. This
Does nothing for my dog. I feel it is not a legit company. Do not trust them SCAM

They said the package was shipped but delivered never got anything from them. I got some weird wrinkle cream, which was not it. Asked healthy pets as for a refund or a new shipment said no they couldn’t do that. I needed to report it with the Postal Service.

Arrived within 2 weeks, undamaged and appears to be working incredibly well for my dog's itching, hair loss and pimples.

As others have said... The website looks so real but it doesn't exist.. This company is fake. They won't email back. My order never came.. Sneaky subscription too. Requested a refund from my credit card company. Such a pain!!

Came to late and had to find another product.
Many request for them to stand by the help they offer but no responce

SCAM!!!!!! The vet named on the website doesn’t exist, the reviews on the website don’t exist. It says 4.7 on Trustpilot when you ACTUALLY go onto Trustpilot you find 6 reviews saying it’s a scam! The website looks so legit, they even send you a confirmation email. I said it was fraud with the bank and lucky I got it all back. They even sent me a refund email. It looks legit but when you dig a little you run into brick walls! No info on company’s house. NO legit anything. Very very very clever and cunning tactics. Taking advantage of people that are already suffering with their poor pets. No contact info! They ask YOU to type in all of your details instead. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Still not received my order

Claimed UK based on their website but after ordering the item was then showing as coming through customs but no idea from where?! I've been trying to get my refund back since I realised this and I'm currently waiting for the chargeback through the bank. Emails I get are very sporadic ( only started getting a reply once I had started the process through the bank) and aren't actually offering me a full refund.

Never received the product ordered. Their customer service is the worst. After 2 weeks of email excuses, I have had to charge back on my credit card. Product ordered on 11/30/2025. Still haven't received it. if there was an option for a 0-star, I would have given it!!!

I emailed this company to ask where they were based and which shipper they used. I received a lengthy reply from a gmail address which avoided both questions. It's now nearly two weeks since ordering and nothing has been received, with no progress showing on the 'tracking' information that only appears on their own website. I do not believe that this is a genuine company.

Don’t believe this is a legit company. Ordered weeks ago and still nothing. Apparently signed up to a subscription?! Can’t really find any reliable reviews either.
