I orderd one of their $999. mats, it came LATE after I paid for priority shipping and came with black marks all over the cover. I emailed them, they said I could return it for a refund so I did as instructed, have called and emailed them over 6 times over the last 4 weeks and still no response or refund. I would NOT trust this company. I will have to dispute on my CC-what a pain.
Excellent service and follow up. Solved issue promptly.

I bought a mat from Healthyline. It developed an issue with the red lights not working properly. I contacted customer service and they sent me a return label so I could return the mat for a warranty replacement. After I returned the item, they started a replacement order. Excellent customer service and warranty policy.

HealthLine has excellent customer service and is easy to work with. I purchased a mat a few years ago and contacted their customer service department when an issue developed with my mat. I worked with Mercedes who helped me through the warranty replacement process. Mercedes
was great to work with and I was thoroughly impressed with the way HealthyLine stands behind their product. I highly recommend this company both for their quality product line and their excellent customer service.

It’s hard to see any reviews with less than 5 stars, but sadly I too received a call back from a customer service representative stating someone would give me a call within 24 hours plus I would receive an email about our conversation and my issues.
That never happened but I emailed my previous customer service representative
Natasha and she took immediate action to satisfy my needs as a repeated customer for years!
Don’t give up communicating with this company because they do care about their customers, it’s just might be one employee not doing their job that is the issue.
The products are top notch in every category and usually their customer service department is very knowledgeable and reliable to satisfy customers.

Update: January 2026. Mercedes at Healthyline finally reached out to me via email. She replaced my mat after I returned the damaged one. It took awhile to reach someone but they did stand behind their product.
Chair mat was okay for a year. Then the back collapsed. I purchased a 5 year warranty. I have made 3 phone calls with no one available to answer. Sent 3 emails with photos to customer service. No response except for one callback at 6am in my time zone and phone was on silent mode.
Fantastic product and even better customer service! My experience with Natasha was absolutely amazing. She is so prompt, courteous and professional. I want to hire her to work at my company!

I had a problem with my Healthy Line infrared mat. Cindy was extremely helpful. She determined if my mat was still covered by warranty and led me through the paperwork to get a new mat. She was helpful, friendly, and made everything painless. Kudos to Cindy in particular and to Healthy Line for their support staff. More companies could learn from the Healthy Line customer service model.
I have loved my mat and just received my new one.

Our clinic Revolutionary Health purchased a Jet Mat™ Pro Plus from HealthyLine, expecting a reliable therapeutic device and professional customer support. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite.
The mat’s on/off button failed within 3 months, leaving an essential piece of clinical equipment completely unusable. We reached out to HealthyLine immediately — emails, multiple voicemails, multiple attempts — and despite being told repeatedly that our case was “escalated,” no one ever contacted us with next steps, not even an automated confirmation email.
As a healthcare facility, this level of non-response is unacceptable. When equipment breaks, patient care is directly affected. For over a week, we have been unable to provide services many patients rely on, simply because HealthyLine’s support team has not taken the time to respond or offer any guidance.
The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency from HealthyLine is extremely disappointing and honestly alarming for a company selling medical-adjacent devices. We expected a reliable product and responsible support — we received neither.
Until HealthyLine demonstrates that they stand behind their products and take customer issues seriously, especially for clinics and professionals, I cannot recommend them to anyone.
I forgot to apply a discount code to my mat order emailed to me from HealthyLine and was planning on using it at some point in the future but wasn't sure when it would expire. Natasha kindly issued me a credit to my card for my original purchase. I should receive my mat today and can't wait to start using it and know I can rely on HealthyLine's excellent customer service if I ever need it in the future.

Tried to purchase a new controller because the pinch point at the connection wasn't very well reinforced and eventually went out. They've discontinued it. I have buy a whole new unit and fill the landfills with this huge mat.
