Ordered 28/11/2023, never received my parcel, left it for about a week and then started to contact, I emailed on the website, the email on the website and replied to the confirmation of order email and to this day (09/02/2024) I still haven’t heard from them or received my parcel. I raised a dispute with my bank that they’re fraudulent and took my money without any product and they have replied to my bank saying that they have sent it! Even if they sent it why has not even 1 of my emails been replied to by customer service team but yet when a payment is disputed they can tell bank everything was all okay so they can still keep there money?? AWFUL COMPANY! - bunch of frauds running this website just to take peoples money and I will never buy from them again

Contacted Healthy Bladder via their Ebay account to update on communication with CAB/Trading Standards.

Email notice for full refund appeared this morning with no other comment.

Business contact email, owner name, and address (virtual business address) are listed on Ebay profile.

Really, really bad. Made an order on 30th Nov, money paid. Postage stated 1-3 days, allowed a grace period before I contacted them... it's now 31 days with no communication, despite three emails and two website contact forms. Now an unecessary fath raising a dispute with bank and having reported CAB/Trading Standards.

Issues/delays happen with any company; responding with radio silence is the worst thing they could do. Clearly lazy company with a significant lack of respect for their customers. Shame as product and prices were previously really good.

Use at a risk.

Do not order from this company. Ordered 20 November and have not received anything. They don’t respond to emails either.

Scammers - ignoring all emails and haven't received the product. Will need to get a refund via paypal

I have no idea what happened to this website but it’s turned into an absolute scam. I have ordered 3 times from here before with no issues but now all they do is take your money and don’t provide you with your purchase. I contacted them through email and got no reply. Had to claim my money back through Paypal. Do not order from this site.

Used before and all was ok, I have now placed 2 orders, not recieved them, they are ignoring emails, I will be contacting paypal to get this money returned, they care scammers do not order from them

TERRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I have contacted PayPal who are refunding me the money these thieves have stolen. They are also going to try and freeze their account. Make sure to contact your bank, or PayPal if you chose PayPal to get a full refund claim from this company. They take the money out but do not send out the products. This company also IGNORES all emails! They have no number. RED FLAGS. They have also changed their name to healthybladder they use to be called Vagibor but changed their name due to the reviews.

Awful!! I ordered on 12th July and it's 20th August and I still haven't received anything. I have contacted them around 10 times via email and there is no response. This company is a scam!!!! Avoid!!!!!

Same as everyone. Paid and never got a product or an answer to my emails. Complete scam.

Like others here, my money was taken but my item wasn't received. There is no telephone number on their website, and my three emails have been ignored. I see that others have reported them to Trading Standards so I don't know how they are still in business. This is clearly a scam. I expect the 5-star reviews here are actually from their own people. Avoid at all costs, otherwise it will be at your cost.

For the unfortunate people that have been scammed by this fake company, get in touch with your bank, they will be able to get your money back from their bank. Ive also reported them to trading standards.

Absolutely appalled at this company. It’s clearly scamming people out of their money. I ordered 5th July and paid in FULL !! 24th July and here I am with no product and no money. I have sent endless emails and they refuse to answer. It’s a disgusting way to do business. I will be going to citizens advice tomorrow and then into the bank to discuss further, have started the process with trading standards.
Please don’t fall prey to these people as I have and lose money. £45 in my case!

I ordered my goods 2 weeks ago, my money has been taken and no goods have arrived. I have emailed 3 times now and got no response. Avoid at all costs.

I've ordered from this company a few times before and had no problems. However, this time my order failed to turn up. After a couple of weeks I contacted them twice via their website but I received no response. I then emailed them twice, and again got no reply.
It's so upsetting when businesses treat their customers like this, especially given the nature of what they are selling. I'm not sure if it's due to incompetence or something more malign, but either way, they have lost my custom. I will never order from them again.

It has been two weeks and my products have not yet been delivered. After reading other reviews I think I got scammed… I sent my 2nd email to them today hopefully they get back to me..

Absolute scammers send confirmation email never dispatched the parcel . Dont shop from them

i ordered boric acid tablets almost 3 months ago, it was expected between 5 to 7 days and still nothing. i wish i had to seen the reviews before i bought it, i have sent tons of emails with no answer so i’m must now go to my bank and get my money back

what’s sad is that these products are things people are so desperately in need of and they just take your money and send no product, it’s evil.

Ordered this for my partner but nothing arrived, checked the ‘company out and turns out they’ve been shut down before and have also changed name! Vagibor was the original…

This was my first time ordering from the store and I’m so happy, my order came within a few days and the prices are the cheapest I’ve found. I'll be reordering as soon as I run out as I love their products
