Absolutely Terrible!!
It looks like help, but in reality it’s is not help
I don’t understand why do you give a card out put $100 on it tell me I have a few days to use it before the end of the month and then tell me a first you’re gonna give me another hundred dollars when I can’t even use the card. Walmart, barely accepts anything the people at the store don’t care to help you. They don’t tell you what products you can get or food. Walgreens make me pay cash. Every time I try to use the car they want some sort of cash anything the bare minimum you have to use your own personal money so today I have $100 in a couple days. I’ll have another a brand new hundred dollars cause the old hundred dollars is gonna expire because no one used it. I just received the card today. I’m throwing the whole damn card in the garbage. It’s almost like somebody saying I’m helping you but I’m gonna make it so difficult that I’m not really helping you but to everyone else it looks like help so basically the insurance company is gonna keep all the money at the end because most people won’t be able to use the damn card. oh and the best part is you can’t get a catalog because you have to have a special type of insurance to get a book to order from imagine that.
Order "Freebies" at Your Own Risk
Healthy Benefits is a free bonus that comes with some of the Medicare Advantage programs, and it's worth every penny you pay.
The website for ordering appears to have been constructed by a bunch of third graders. Take that back. no reason to insult third graders.
Total of my order for food items was just over $13 and system said I have $14+ in my account. So the system wouldn't let me checkout until I gave my credit card number because "your order totals more than your account credit." I called the help line number and was told that I have to order both food items and OTC items at the same time for the order process to work. Of course, this information is nowhere to be found on the order website. After finally obeying all the special, unprinted rules, and submitting my order, I noticed that two of the quantities had changed from what I ordered! The system merely transposed two orders. Now where are those third graders when you really need them.
Healthy Benefits will rip you off
Healthy Benefits will rip you off. Take orders and the money off debit card and often no delivery.
Junk app
They keep changing the app. They actually had it good last year when I could use fingerprint. Now I can't search for vitamins it give me a few options. Mostly stuff I never heard of. We all have till sometime in March to change insurance company. Probably what I am doing.
Great app!! Great Features!!!
I can use the app great, I like the features of being able to order what I need and have them shipped, I am glad I can use mine anywhere accepted Walmart, Food Lion, CVS, Dollar General. I enjoy this app it seems to work for me.
BUMMER SITEI have been repeatedly frustrated by…
I have been repeatedly frustrated by this program. I can hardly find anything worthwhile on it. Also, the plan has cut benefits five dollars this year. It is hardly worth the effort.
Phone number on back of card isn't…
Phone number on back of card isn't valid anymore when directed to website it no longer works the a.i. bot doesn't work probably just another scam to prevent from gaining access to the benefits program.
Don't waste your time
Stupid app
Stupid app. Whoever created this app must have made a lot of money. Worst app I have ever come across. You would think they would have made this app more usable for seniors. It freezes, locks, churns and does nothing else.
Incompetence is the name of the game
Absolutely the most incompetent employees and customer service. Have had this card for 3 yrs and nothing but problems. The IT head at the company needs replaced with someone more competent.
My cat could run the service better and he’d be a lot cheaper
Worthless Tech Support
Spent over 2 hours with tech support over login issues with both the app and website. I talked to 4 separate people. Second one told me that my zip code wasn't correct (called twice before to have that fixed) and that he couldn't find my city(which is the second largest city in my state). 3rd person told me that they would transfer me to a specialist. Spent half an hour with them and still got nowhere. They really need to work on the training of these people because they seem to not care about your situation or the value of your time.
I have now probably tried 50 times to…
I have now probably tried 50 times to place an order but the site just keeps on repeating that the price on an item has changed. So I canceled the entire order, placed the order again, and I still can’t get the order placed. So here’s my theory: United Health doesn’t really want to have to pay for these benefits so they allow this nonsense to continue without apparently attempting to fix the problem. I sure hope the producers of this Healthybenefits website never are allowed to design software for any medical or surgical procedure!!!
They pretend to sell health insurance
They pretend to sell health insurance, but it’s actually a discount plan that has no real coverage.
They pressure you to confirm personal information (DOB, address, phone, email).
They charge your card monthly without your true consent.
When you try to cancel, they hang up, transfer you endlessly, or leave you on hold—a known tactic to make cancellation nearly impossible.
extremely dissatisfied. website is scam-ish
like everyone else, i am angry that my health plan's purchases are funneled thru this disgusting website. 30 minutes on the phone to learn that the items i bought from them , on their website, go thru another company, so i couldn't get refunds nor replacements on the EXPIRED medications. customer support persons were gentle but useless.
Frustrating and Unfair — Credits Expire Without a Real Chance to Use Them
I’ve been trying to use my UHC OTC credits through HealthyBenefitsPlus, but the website constantly blocks purchases.
Today is the last day before my credit expires, and I still cannot buy anything.
It feels unfair that the company gets to keep the money when we, the members, cannot even use the benefit we’ve earned.
This system needs urgent improvement — accessibility, reliability, and honesty.
Please fix this for seniors who rely on these benefits.
Drops the ball, so WE suffer... Even though we did everything right!
Used through several DSNP insurance brand names. Just filed a Medicare complaint on HealthyBenefits yesterday (10/27/25). Supervisor Holly told me I could pay Spectrum Mobile with my U-card. I made a payment on 10/03/25 off my U-Card. Spectrum Mobile aent it back, supposedly with a wrong account number on 10/08/25. I then get a call from Holly on 10/15/25 to check about the status of the returned payment to my U-Card. A ticket had to be made with Spectrum Mobile. Holly said that because Spectrum Mobile sent an email disconnection notice, they would pay Spectrum Mobile with a Credit Card, the only way to get Spectrum Mobile to get a payment... even Walmart bill pay is not accepted. I was told on 10/20/25 that "Bill Pay Escallation" was going to do that 1-time payment by card. Now on 10/27/25, I was on the phone with Supervisor Nick in the USA, Healrhy Benefits refused to pay the bill that they said they would. They claim its because no medical need is needed for the Mobile phone. I disagree, as I have telemed, due to various disabilities. They renigged on what they were going to do. HealthyBenefits/HealthyBenefits Plus HAS PAID prior cellphone bills. Supervisor Holly said they had an agreement, which Spectrum Mobile was not honoring. Because of this I will lose my phone line on 10/31/25 AND get a credit hit, for something NOT in my control. I did everything on my end. HealthyBenefits/HealthyBenefits Plus dropped the ball. Now I must needlessly suffer for their actions and lack of care.
Terrible Online Program and service using Amazon as provider for OTC…
Wellcare OTC with Healthy Benefits is the worst. They changed from Walmart to Amazon without notice or choice for us to chose the provider. Amazon screwed up my first order, but what's frustrating is they don't provide sizes, ie. Compression socks. I ordered 3 different types, and not one description said they were L\XL. I had to buy them before finding out. There is Not a function to ask questions, either. They also do not provide tracking. Amazon directs you to check your app. Once you get there, there is no additional information. They told me by email, I would receive an email when my order is shipped. I not only didn't get that email, the order arrived a day earlier than projected in the first email. That might sound like a good thing, but if I wasn't home, someone could have taken if off of my porch before I even knew it was delivered.
New to humana
I recently changed to Humana and some things are good, some not so good.I wish the scanner was a separate app and would just continue.I get very frustrated with it when I'm in the store first I have to open it and then I have to keep logging in to get back into it if I don't use it immediately. i attempted to buy deodorant at sam's which was a four pack and that was denied. i just wish the scanner were a separate app that might help a whole lot. Some stores make it difficult to log in to the site. and tell me why I cannot use it at sprouts.I can use it air dollar general but not at sprouts which sells good food.
