Very happy but considering a change of flavour

I orderded 12 night trial. Lemon & raspberry was really nice, but couldn't taste the raspberry. Had mine with cold water. Refreshing. Seemed to help with cramps. Wanted to try another 12 nights before committing g but couldn't order another 12 night trial. Saw the Mango 🥭 & pineapple 🍍 on offer, got two lots of 12 nights. Taste is not to my liking. I agree with another review, it tastes far too sweet & sickly & somehow weaker. If I can get another 12 nights Lemon I will try it again. P.s. Didn't upset my stomach at all, unless some other magnesium tablets......

I have Motor Neurone Disease and had problems staying asleep, and muscle cramps.
I tried a free sample, and was totally amazed at the results, so have started taking one a night now.
I still wake up, but fall asleep so quickly again. Cramps have reduced also.
I can't comment on the taste, because I pump it straight into my stomach!
Delivery is simple, and special offers pop up every now and then..

I purchased a trial pack of twelve, hoping it might help with my stress level during a house move. Unfortunately, I can’t bear the taste - it’s like a really bitter Lemsip and made me feel like gagging. It made no difference to my sleep or mood.
I only managed to stomach it for three nights before giving up and binning it.
The three stars are for the delivery - well packaged and on time, but the product itself gets no stars from me. Sorry!

I have been taking for over a month now and certainly have an improved sleep pattern ..I sleep more soundly ( not wakened by husbands snoring 💤) and if have to get up during night fall back asleep quickly only usually once now ..big improvement ..love the flavour hot or cold and about to try new tropical flavour when it arrives

Thank you for the free trial . I had 12 days worth . Whilst I have enjoyed the drink I can't actually say I have noticed any difference or improvement .

I am currently under treatment for
residual colon cancer with immunotherapy having had a course of chemo in 2024

I have some side effects on immunotherapy , most recently swollen joints ( similar to arthritis ) which affects my mobility and flexibility and general quality of life
My Sleep is not good , at 62 I'm quite often up for a wee once or twice a night ) and never really wake up feel refreshed . Neck pain and joint pain is an issue at the moment .
My stress level is high due to a number of personal,family , work issues alongside living with cancer so I was keen to see what results Healthy metal would bring
My diet is good ,healthy and appropriate for my condition

Unfortunately the first night I took it , during the heat wave , I was up 4 times so no sleep quality .
I took it regularly , same time every night but cannot say my sleep has improved .i think I’ve only had 2 nights in the last 3 weeks when I slept all the way through

Whilst I may revisit Healthy Metal in the future , currently I will not be buying a regular supply . I believe your product is genuine in its claims and will improve quality for the majority of takers

Ive just srarted using your drink nice fkavour and sharp pineapple and mango not as sharp just trying to find an alternative that helps calm me after work and a break from alchol

I decided to try Healthy Metal to replace my alcoholic routine every evening. It has definitely helped me to the extent that I sit down an hour before my bedtime to relax and enjoy a glass of Healthy Metal mix and don't bother about having a couple of whiskeys.
Quite honestly after drinking the lemon flavored drink, I didn't think whiskey would taste nice. So on that score its definitely a plus.
I do sleep a lot better now and even if I have to spend a penny in the middle of the night, I feel far more relaxed and go back to sleep quite quickly.

I can still socialise and have a drink but the tendency to drink every night has gone.

I will definitely stick to Healthy Metal.

Very tasty and easy to carry in a pocket and very easy to unsubscribe too as often with subscription you forget to use and left with too many spare. Mix mine with collagen.

I am recovering from a knee replacement, sleep has been difficult at times, also just plain tired most of the day.After about 5 days using the healthy metal drink in the evening, I have had better sleep, not perfect as it’s early days ,but definitely an improvement. My energy level (and a feeling hard to describe ), I just feel more at ease.I am continuing to use healthy metal taking advantage of the current offers as I feel it can only get better. I know we are all different, this is my experience.

I do think this has helped my sleep. I have yet to sleep for longer as my bladder wakes me every couple of hours. I have found it easy to get back to sleep though, so I think I would say it's working.

Bought the 12 day trial. The drink tastes lovely but I found that the product just didn’t suit me. I still woke up around 4-5am and then when my alarm went off I felt sluggish - often with a headache - and struggled to get up. So I’ve gone back to my old magnesium supplements. Grateful for the opportunity to try the sachets though. I’m sure they work for some people, just not me.

I’ve been taking this product for about 4 months now. I love the flavour and look forward to drinking it in the evening. Partly because it tastes refreshing but also because I just KNOW it helps me sleep! If I miss a couple of nights, which I did recently due to being out of my routine, I didn’t sleep so well. I hand out sachets to my friends. I buy a 3 month supply to keep costs as low as possible. It’s worth every penny as good sleep means a good day.

I am really enjoying this product. I haven't be taking it that long, I started with the trial sachets and then ordered a 30 day box and I will definitely keep going, I still wake up in the night but manage to fall back to sleep quickly. I take mine warm about an hour or so before I go to bed. It is definitely helping with the anxiety at night when your brain makes things seem 10x worst.
I like both flavours. Looking forward to when the nights draw in having a warm drink before bed nice and cosy.

Great service and product

Easy order process, I ordered the 12 and 30 day packs, quick delivery, love the taste 😋, I have the original. However, they have not helped me at all with either getting or staying asleep 😴 and I still wake up in the morning feeling tired 🥱. I’ll finish them off but won’t be reordering.

I find the taste reminds me of lemsip, but not quite as bitter. I have been taking them for a couple of weeks now. I feel it has helped me fall asleep quicker and sleep more heavily. However I have been waking up in the morning feeling very stiff, headachy and sore, almost as if I’ve slept too heavily and in one position. It does wear off with a couple of paracetamol, but I don’t like having to have those in the morning. I will continue to take them and see if anything improves, as I had a months supply.
