VERY WORRYING AND SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE
Called to check script progress some 14 days ago...told it was en route ..ready 22nd inst. Waited 50 mins to be told nothing was ready. They fudged, implied it was the surgery..refused to supply all tabs on emergency - when the surgery said they could easily have done so + told me to p/up at 5pm on 23 inst., on return on 23rd they banned me as I told the truth stating they were incompetent. Needs to be closed down, worse than bad with staff that won't take any criticism. Really, really bad news -tip - try somewhere else.
A lady came in to p/up mum's meds...told only 1 box of certain meds.....she checked at the counter.... no...there was none of those tablets. Same server rapidly retreated to the back counter to p/up the box of those very meds. Again Health+ Why is this happening???? Why in 56 DAYS can't you order. Why are you withholding meds?? Such bad news....avoid at all costs.
