Improved health through Healthpath.

I had been ill one way or another for 9 months since having a very nasty virus. (Previously I was very fit indeed). I had a lot of minor problems and was suffering with progressively worsening fatigue. After a gut analysis through Healthpath it was identified that I had imbalances in my gut and a 2 stage diet was recommended along with supplements. After 2 weeks on the diet there was a very noticeable improvement. Now after another 2 weeks I feel back to my normal fitness levels and am sleeping better than I have done for years. Excellent customer support…

I really appreciate how my case recently was dealt with. I bought a supplement which I, unfortunately, reacted to and couldn't continue to take it. I emailed Hayley in the customer service dept. telling her my concerns she very kindly asked me to return the product and offered me a refund. I'm very impressed with the customer support and how they go the extra mile to help. Thank you very much.

Super disappointed with my order

Super disappointed with my order . Ordered Beta TCP 180 and don’t have any information when I will receive it. They just said we sent it , but u have to check the delivery. Very very very disappointed

Detailed Report, Wonderful Customer Service

The report it super detailed and the customer service is top tier! I am a bit of a difficult customer due to my communication difficulties, but Nina responded quickly, was very reassuring and walked me through the whole process. Thank you so much for taking care of me!

Changed my life - ended 57 years of constipation

Changed my life. The analysis found that I had very low bifidobacterium and as a result I started making and drinking 200ml a day of my own organic milk kefir. After 57 years of chronic constipation I was at last cured. It turns out my gut biome was the problem not just 'more fibre, water and exercise'.
I took my kefir to Japan recently and it also had the same effect on 2 out of the 4 people who tried it.

I was mis advised on supplements you…

I was mis advised on supplements you recommended paid over £125 and it made symptoms worse until I was correctly re advised and then had to pay for further supplements
I would hope to return unused tablets to then be refunded .

We're sorry you've had an adverse effect to a couple of the supplements recommended to you. I know you have spoken with our head of customer services over email however we wanted to follow-up with a response here as well.

We appreciate that different practitioners will have individual approaches with supplements however the recommendations our practitioners made for you are evidence-based and personalised based on your test results and symptoms.

Adverse effects sometimes happen and can be an indication at the start that the supplements are starting to work. In the event of a reaction, stopping the supplements for a couple of days and starting them again one at a time at a lower dose is something that can be really helpful.

We're glad to have now been able to resolve your query regarding your supplements and we wish you all the best with your health journey.

1.Frustrating and expensive

1.Although I eventually had nice person to help me it took weeks to access my results and report.
2. When I did get them there were no supplements recommended (which is what I asked for) for my gut. I have a back ground low level lymphoma no-one would give any guidance, therefore I had to another £150 to speak to someone individually. She was also lovely and helpful but I felt rather duped, it should be made MUCH clearer when purchasing the gut test that if you have a medical condition or any kind of cancer you will not get supplement recommendations. I expected to pay £350 ( a considerable sum ) and ended up paying £500 to get what I wanted
3. I was recommended people outside Healthpath who were even more expensive, I ignored this advice.
4. I receive too many general emails - its overload for me. I will be unsubscribing.
5.I am sorry I will not be recommending you.

The practitioner referral was made with the intention of providing the best support for you and we felt the external recommendations were better suited than one of our in-house practitioners. A Personalised Service that Empowers and Genuinely Cares

Suffering with IBS for many years motivated me to become very interested in diet/lifestyle/wellness. My GP referred me to a nutritionist; and I underwent numerous tests for allergies, coeliac, Crohn's etc; and a colonoscopy. The tests/colonoscopy came back all fine. The nutritionist helped somewhat. But still my symptoms were sustained and something I had begrudgingly learned to live with over a number of years.

I was pleased to discover Healthpath provided the opportunity to test my gut health, for an affordable cost, and provide clear and detailed reports of the lab results. The cost of the tests included a consultant's review of the outcome and recommendations for how I could improve my gut health.

The Healthpath process includes a login to view all the results, analysis, and recommendations, as well as tailored resources specific to the findings. I have felt very well informed throughout the whole experience and the team seem very receptive and helpful with any queries I have had.

Amongst many helpful interventions, their recommendations included three supplements I integrated into my daily life. There was no obligation to buy the supplements from Healthpath directly (although I did as they appeared the best quality and price), there was free postage, and although it took me a couple of months to get my act together and actually buy the first batch there was no chasing from Healthpath or hard sell!

I have been really amazed to find that after years of trying to solve my IBS, the combination of Healthpath's recommendations and supplements does seem to have nailed it! 12 weeks in I have phased off the supplements (as was Healthpath's recommendation) and now not only suffer far less symptoms but I am also able to eat a much wider variety of foods without triggering symptoms!

From the insight of the Healthpath test results, and the help of all the resources and personalised information from Healthpath, I have confidence in understanding my gut health and how to best manage it. A big thumbs up and strong 5-star review!

I can't thank them enough!

When I found Healthpath I didn't know where to turn. My GP had misdiagnosed me and my private consultants theories on how to manage my symptoms had not helped. I bought a test with Healthpath which confirmed my diagnosis and then answers their online questionnaire. Following this they sent me my bespoke plan which consisted of anti microbials and diet. I have been following this for 4 weeks and can honestly say I haven't felt this well in years! I am not 100% better but feel with their help I will make a full recovery. I can't thank them enough!

What my GP couldn't diagnosed within…

What my GP couldn't diagnosed within months took healthpath basically 2weeks to point out what was wrong with me. Very helpful and knowledgeable team - ready to answer all of my queries. Thank you healthpath

The test results came a bit late but…

The test results came a bit late but the supplements were very costly. After spending so much on the test supplements for just two months are almost costing same. disappointed with the prices of supplements.

Also wanted to thank their customer executive Nina who did a splendid job in assisting me with all my queries and support. Over all experience is good but just the costs are high for tests and supplements.

I can see that our customer service team has already responded to you by email, but we also wanted to follow up with you here.

With regards to the supplements, we have chosen the best supplement suppliers, based on quality of ingredients, reputation and research. However, we know that high quality, high potency supplements are an investment, which is why we offer a choice of supplement packages so we can tailor our recommendations to suit your budget. We appreciate that this can still be an expensive outlay so we also offer Splitit as a payment option so that the cost can be spread over a number of months.

Please do let us know if you would like any more information about this.

In this instance, I can see that we also asked our practitioner to review your recommendations in light of your concerns. I hope you found this helpful, but please don’t hesitate to get back to us if you require any further assistance with regards to your supplements.

With regards to the test results, we aim to get all test results back within 15 working days of the samples having been received at the lab and I am very happy to see that your results were actually back with you within 10 working days of the samples being received at the lab.

I have been struggling with candida for…

I have been struggling with candida for many years and finally decided to do something more long lasting about it. The gut test result was very comprehensive and backed up with a supplement plan, diet, recipes and consultation. It's going to be a good few months before I'm really well but starting to feel better after a month.

Total scam.

Total scam.
I spent hundreds of pounds and don’t feel and better. Just to clarify it was over £500.
No improvement in symptoms and the company told me to pay another £150 for a consultation.

Fantastically helpful webinar

Attended a free Healthpath zoom webinar on Monday the 5th September with Alex Manos. Amazingly interesting and informative ! The format is that those who want specific questions addressed email these prior to the webinar, but there's also the opportunity to ask questions as the webinar progresses. Not only did I get an extremely helpful response to my question, but it was also fascinating and educational to listen to the queries of others. I will definitely attend again - not least for the educational aspect. In my instance, I wanted general guidance on my pre Healthpath test self-medication and elimination diet path. Advice was clearly explained to me and immensely helpful, particularly as I'm still self medicating at the moment. It's clear Alex Manos has an enormous wealth of knowledge, and it's an outstanding health service that this is made available to all, via the supportive forum of free online gut health webinars. Not only is this the case, but a link to the webinar video is sent to you after the event, so you can review advice details. Outstanding. Thank you so much !
