Very helpful
The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I had problems withdrawing some funds but it was an out of date card that was listed. He explained what to do and stayed on the line while I logged in and sorted it to make sure I had no further problems.

Advisor sorts issue with system very quickly
There appeared to be an issue updating debit card when I had funds in wallet but unable to bank the funds without valid debit card.
A call to help very quickly sorted things out and everything was resolved and the money has now been paid.

Their website is an absolute nightmare
Their website is an absolute nightmare. The amount of times I have tried to top my account up or even put numbers on but have been declined is ridiculous. I have all correct card and personal details stored, but it acts like it doesn't recognise me. Then, after one failed attempt (from their side), it locks you out and you have to go through the whole sham again after a ten minute wait. I stopped playing the Health Lottery a while ago because of this, but came back when it appeared they had ironed out these technical issues. They clearly haven't. A few more failed attempts and I'm going to delete my account.

It took two calls to get through to an adviser. Although the query was resolved, the tone of the adviser was somewhat terse and abrupt.

I wanted to know how to use the £2…
I wanted to know how to use the £2 bonus that has appeared on my online account. I was told it cannot be done with an IPhone and to sign in to a computer to use it. I am on a library computer now and it still wont let me use the bonus and has taken another £2 from my bank card. So the problem is not yet solved.

How can I convince the lottery that I am not living outside the UK. It took an ages to log in before it finally allowed me to buy a ticket. They have now just emailed me to say I have won a prize but now won't let me log in as it still thinks I live outside UK.

What free ticket? It's a joke!
An email claims I have won a free ticket but the website shows zero free tickets. There is no instructions other than use the PLAY area which wants me to pay to play. What a rubbish company.

👉 If you play by Direct Debit:
Your free ticket is automatically entered into the next Saturday draw. You don’t need to take any action. Once it's processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can check your entries by logging in and visiting the My Play History section.
👉 If you buy tickets online (not via Direct Debit):
Your free ticket will show in your account as a credit. After logging in, look for your Free Tickets balance in the top right corner. When playing, just choose your numbers as normal, and select the Free Ticket option at checkout. You can use them on their own or combine them with wallet funds.
We hope this clears things up. If you're still having issues or can’t see your ticket, our Customer Support team is happy to help.
