It is too bad there is not a zero
It is too bad there is not a zero. I am not sure what the problem was. It was about the dr I did not not say anything that was depremation of character
I just said I did not belive the dr listened to me and prescribed a medication that I told him does not work for my pain. I wanted to talk about a device to block pain. It was never addressed. That is all that I wrote. Can not figure out what I wrote That was against my review. I guess they wanted me to say everything was great and the dr was great but that is not the way it was. I just wanted to make known that I feel my time and effort was wasted. It is evident to me he did listen or disregard
what I said about the medication and prescribed it anyway
Anyway I did not get it. They said they made another apt for me. I did not know anything about that. No apt card or reminder. This apt was in the twilight zone

Healthgrades will not unsubscribe me from their stupid newsletter even though I have clicked the unsubscribe link multiple times. And when I try to login to their website it keeps saying my password is incorrect and they won’t send me a reset link. Do not sign up for an account on this site!!

I tried to post a negative review of a doctor's office on Healthgrades. It kept telling me I wrote something personal, which I didn't. The office staff was rude. Fact, not personal against one of them. Absurd hold times. Mailbox full. Don't return my calls or emails. Two months waiting for a referral. None of this was personal, but Healthgrades would not post my review.
Exactly as other people have written…full on scam!!!
Exactly as other people have written health grades is a scam it has to be paid for my doctors and medical facilities because they do not post anything that's negative. If you're not kissing butt , and loving the provider your review will never go through use another website healthgrades full on scan
Healthgrades.com is a scam
Healthgrades.com is a scam. They do not publish a negative reviews from patients. They do not even respond to emails with questions of reasons of not publishing. I assume they are paid by doctors not to publish any bad reviews .
Dr Derek Nieber
Dr. Derek Nieber was my husband's Surgeon for open heart surgery. He explained everything clearly and honestly. He carefully chose what he would do and did what was best for my husband. He has great bedside manor and listens to all our concerns . He did an amazing job and we highly recommend him.
Untrustworthy research source!
Only positive reviews are published in healthgrades.com. This means the organization is paid by the business not to reflect the bad reviews. Healthgrades.com therefore is not a trustworthy source and should not be taken seriously. This review is based my personal experience. I do not recommend them at all.
Fake Reviews, Awful Website
My husband saw a doctor in February 2025. We had a bad experience with him and I wanted to leave a review on Healthgrades to warn potential patients of him but I struggled to find the words. This doctor only had 1 star reviews until August 2025. Then out of nowhere he had a dozen 5 star reviews spread throughout 2025 that were not there before. With Healthgrades the date you post a review is the day it shows it was left so there's no way these people could have posted these reviews. Someone couldn't post a review from April 2025 in August 2025. So how did these reviews just suddenly appear? Healthgrades is lying about not posting fakes reviews and they won't let anyone post a negative review even if it's not personally attacking the doctor. They even state on their website that doctors can't pay for good reviews or to have negative reviews removed and it's all just blasphemy. Do not use this website to find good doctors because nothing on it is true.

I have left 2 reviews on doctors that were horrible. Now the reviews have disappeared. Healthgrades says the reviews can't be deleted or changed. That is not the case , and they do not allow you to leave a comment.
Claims Describing My Experience as a Personal Attack
Website claims that describing my direct experiences with my provider is a personal attack. I assume it uses ai to overview reviews, so it can’t tell the difference between describing what a provider said to me and me calling a provider those things.
I wrote a review about a provider and…
I wrote a review about a provider and decided to remove it. It was negative and better not to reveal what I did. I went to my profile, found the review and clicked on "remove" but this option does not work. I googled healthgrades trying to find customer support but there is no customer support to talk to anyone or message anyone if a patient. It's a fake option to remove a review and improper to not allow a patient to change their mind or change their review or remove it altogether. No legitimate reason for healthgrades to be TOTALLY inaccessible to patient reviewers. Bad for doctors too. They don't want a bad review. When I click on "remove" it disappears from my profile, but it's still online and after logging off and logging back in, it reappears. This is a glitch but there's no one to report it to. The site should be taken down for malfunctioning.
Healthgrades is dishonest.
Healthgrades is dishonest in that it did everything possible to prevent me to write a true, yet negative review of a doctor. They are so crafty and sly; they must get paid by doctors to ensure they don't get honestly reviewed.
Endless emails
Reviewed a doctor. Now Healthgrades won't stop emailing me. I've used their email unsubscribe page multiple times, but the emails don't stop. Emailing them was useless as they just sent me a link to the email preferences that I already used unsuccessfully. They are sending me the exact same email every single day.
They reject accurate reviews about illegal actions by doctors
Healthgrades will reject an accurate, detailed review of the doctor's actions if it's "negative." So, it allows doctors to abuse and neglect patients, even lying in the records (illegally), and it won't allow patients to say so. It's a crock.

Distributes Personal info/ Bogus
I signed up for an account including my phone number. Within 24 hours received 10 spam calls, some totally fraudulent ( other companies caller IDs). Requested that my account be closed and data deleted. Healthgrades refused citing that my state did not require them to do so. POS
I wrote a honest constructive review of New Haven Family Dentistry that Healthgrades refused to publish
I wrote a honest constructive review of a terrible Dentist, that had no respect for me and refused to honor my request to decline "a free health screening" to the point, he drove me to be uncivil. Healthgrades refused to publish the following review: "AVOID!!!!
They ignored my request to decline additional health screening. I even asked him do you need it for insurance purposes and the dentist said no. The dentist then proceeded to tell me that I have no right to privacy for any of my health. Even though I'm there for my oral health not my blood pressures. Needless to say, they actually drove me to incivility, which is uncharacteristic for me.
They have recently been bought out and are no longer a small family friendly practice. They are also staffing up very, very heavy, so of course, we're seeing an increase in prices and it's taking longer to get in and out of ,and they had a habit of losing appointments too.
Side note: Jacki was an awesome hygienist. She is also the only ONE they have left. I think that is another big tell that there are big problems at this place."
Terrible experience with management…
Terrible experience with management about problems with a fake review.
Reported an obvious fake review to Healthgrades. The review stated we 'used a 16 gauge needle' for anesthesia on a person's nose. The reviewer states we replied it was all we had and ended the comment as 'ouch' more like a joke. The review and comment has been flagged for years as well as a reply, but Healthgrades continues to justify the review and now has removed my reply.
