Literally just fake AI articles

This website has quite obviously AI content, which will get you nowhere in what you’re searching for. At (website)/unclog-tear-duct-2074843.html, it says, “When the tear duct becomes clogged, tears that are normally carried out through the nose have nowhere to go and spill over into the eye. “ Clearly this is incorrect because everyone’s tears go into their eyes. If this were true, then literally everyone would have serious health issues as the website says. If looking for an actual health concern or real medical advice, do not consult this website, with its at best misleading and at worst damaging information.
