Real results without restriction!

I’ve been working with Harri for the past few months, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. She helped me lose a significant amount of weight, but more importantly, she helped me do it in a sustainable, enjoyable way.

Harri’s approach never felt restrictive, instead, she focused on making sure I was fuelling my body properly and getting the nutrients I needed. Her guidance helped me build a much healthier mindset around food and training.

Her gym routines were fun, achievable, and tailored to my goals, and I always felt supported and encouraged. The progress I’ve made has been amazing, and I feel stronger, more confident, and more informed than ever.

If you’re looking for a coach who genuinely cares and helps you make real, lasting changes, Harri is the one. Highly recommended!

Harriet is a great PT

Harriet is a great PT, helping me gain confidence with strength training and understanding my macros. But more importantly she becomes your biggest cheerleader and helps you on your own tailored journey. Would highly recommend this thoughtful and kind coach to anyone

Completely changed my lifestyle!

I worked with Harri to get back on track with my fitness, gain confidence in the gym and increase overall strength for everyday life. She’s done this and so much more for me!! She’s equipped me with the tools for creating a healthy, sustainable routine that supports my physical goals while still being kind to myself and meeting any busy periods of life. She is so empathetic and caring, and I’ve loved working with her. Thank you Harri ❤️

Mindset shift & gym confidence

Harriet has been coaching me for just over a year and is wonderful. My mindset and learning/understanding towards fat loss has grown immensely. I used to fear entering a gym, let alone using the equipment. Now I’m confident to try new machines and complete workouts - which I feel so much stronger for! .

10/10 support tailored around your unique goals and lifestyle

Working with Harriet has been absolutely life changing, not just in terms of the progress I’ve made towards my goals in the short term but MORE SO in terms of my overall mindset around health and fitness and my confidence in the gym in the long term. My goals when starting were to lose a bit of weight, gain strength and to improve my confidence in the gym. After spending many years going to the gym with no real plan or direction, Harriet helped me to structure my workouts in a way that worked around my busy lifestyle. My confidence in the gym improved drastically and sticking to a 3 days per week workout plan that I enjoyed and could see progress with week-on-week kept me motivated throughout. The workouts were challenging, but I loved them and they forced me to try equipment and exercises I’d never done or used before. I have also learned so much from Harriet about the importance of nutrition - I found that sticking to a calorie goal and a protein goal daily, having proper meals with no food restrictions led to less guilt around food and, as a result, helped me reach my goals and sustain them.

I think one of the main advantages of working with Harriet, rather than going for an app or PDF workout plan, was the amount of support she offers and how adaptable she is when creating a programme that is tailored to your specific and individual goals. She was always on hand to answer even the silliest or smallest of questions I had about how to use certain gym equipment, what supplements will support my goals etc. etc. and is just generally such a lovely, kind and non-judgemental cheerleader, who champions your progress, keeps you super motivated and encourages you to be kind to yourself all at the same time! As I’m often using different gyms during the week whilst travelling for work, I sent Harriet videos of what equipment the gym I was in had and she would adjust my plans accordingly so I could complete my workout. We changed around my workout plan halfway through when I started to fall in love with running. Harriet’s incredible knowledge was absolutely game changing as she adjusted my plan to include more stability moves, single leg work and functional moves. At the end of last year I ran my first half marathon and I have been injury free throughout my training thanks to Harriet.

I would absolutely recommend Harriet to anyone who is feeling a bit lost with health/fitness (as I was) and looking to kickstart a fitness journey. It truly will change your mindset for life!

100% recommend…..Harri is the perfect PT!

I started working with Harri towards the end of last year. She offered me the most amazing support, did not put any pressure on me in terms of goals/expectations but some how pushed me in the right direction!!! She is so friendly & motivating, her knowledge is outstanding!! She prepared amazing workouts for me & really listened to my needs. 100% recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have lost nearly 4 stone with Harriet…

I have lost nearly 4 stone with Harriet as my trainer and I have loved every second of it, she has changed my whole life! Harriet is not like any other personal trainer - my favourite thing about her is she is completely realistic. I still achieved my goals whilst going out with friends, socialising and living a normal lifestyle without restriction. She makes the journey so enjoyable! I would recommend Harriet to anybody at any stage in their fitness journey and with any goal because she is an expert at what she does, whatever you want to achieve. I did sessions in person with her and she made them so fun, it never felt like a chore. Worth every single penny as investing in yourself with such a knowledgable trainer is the best investment you can make! Thank you for everything!

Harriet helped me so much in my fitness journey - particularly with nutrition, and helping me to reframe how I view food and fuelling my body. Best Online Group Fitness Classes

I love the variety and intensity of each and every Healthful Harri session. Harri manages to cater for every ability and injury which makes the group sessions feel super personal. In comparison to other online trainers. I feel Harri's approach is the most sustainable as it supports long term fitness and health.

I am certainly a proud member of her HH Tribe!

The perfect personal trainer

Healthful Harri is amazing. She takes the time to carefully coordinate a workout plan that is tailored to her client and their goals. She spends time not only on helping her clients get through the exercises, but educating them on the importance of nutrition and their psychological mindset (very good for a glutton like me!).

My first ever Broga experience and how Harriet helped me improve my yoga experience :)

I have attended many of Harriet’s yoga and broga classes for a few years now. The beauty of her yoga classes is not only does Harriet create a really relaxed and inclusive atmosphere (as I don’t do a lot of yoga) she really helped me improve my breathing which has led to improved form and just in general embracing the benefits of yoga much more.
Harriet introduced me to broga over a year ago now and her class is a true challenge in all the best ways, completely adaptable to my various abilities and injured hamstring. The broga bought a good balance of relaxation with strength building and balance focus which was good fun to try to improve on.
