I’ve been training with Ash only for three weeks now and have already been seeing changes. Along with achieving my results, Ash has helped me develop a healthier routine, a cleaner diet and a better mindset in regards to my fitness goals. When it comes to training, he has helped me push beyond my comfort zone allowing me to realize my true potential. He is dedicated and consistent when it comes to his client and can also be funny at times which is just a bonus. I’ve always trained alone in the gym but I can now say having a trainer makes me feel more supported and definitely helps.
