My consultant, Gloria Wilson, was very pleasant, explained everything to me clearly and reassured me that I was making the right decision to switch my private health cover to AHM. I was also happy to hear that after having private health cover for 10 years I will no longer have to pay the 70% government loding which I consider to be very unfair.

Catherine was easy to talk to. Very professional, had everything done in reasonable time. Also easy to understand her English. Most important when working in call centre situations.

My consultant was very patient and knowledgable, she explained everything clearly. With her guidance, we were able to select cover that gave me everything that I believe I need, with significant savings from my previous cover. I’m very happy and confident about the outcome, and I recommend this service without hesitation or provisos.

For a start Christian Torres, did what he is supposed to do, put me at ease straight away.
He was prepared, right from the start to explain everything clearly,and would advise me to the contrary if he thought I was making an ass of myself.

The agent had mixed up my application with another person’s then tried to say I gave the wrong information about my post code, working status and DOB. She got there in the end but I’m pretty sure I know my DOB, postcode and that I’m not a self funded retiree.

Christian was informative, and helpful, detailing the process of switching our policy over from another insurer. He ensured that we understood each step of the process and explained everything respectfully and politely. Would highly recommend as we managed to save $50 a month by moving!
