I found the course relevant and engaging. Matt and Claire were welcoming and had a relaxed teaching style without detracting from the importance of the topic.

The session was extremely informative and engaging! I am leaving today’s training feeling much more confident in delivering basic first aid!

I really enjoyed completing the Phlebotomy and Cannulation course with HealthCore today. The course was very informative and well organised, with a good balance between the theory and practical side of phlebotomy and cannulation.

The practical demonstrations were particularly helpful as they made it much easier to understand the correct techniques and gave me the opportunity to practise them in a supportive environment. The tutor was knowledgeable, approachable and explained everything clearly, which made me feel more confident throughout the day.

I found the course extremely useful and feel that I have gained valuable knowledge and practical skills that I can take forward into my work. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to develop their skills and confidence in phlebotomy and cannulation.

Brilliant. The online course was one of the best. Different media and small quiz checks to engage you. Then the practical side of the course is great. Hands on, experienced and honest.

Matt & Clare delivered a brilliant practical session.
I've never really liked the idea of first aid courses as they've felt daunting and overwhelming but I felt extremely welcome - there was no pressure, judgement or cliquey behaviour at all.
I loved the e-learning aspect to the course which you can complete at your own leisure before the practical session.
Everything was briefly covered again in person and any questions were answered thoroughly.

Overall this was a brilliant course and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone thinking of doing a first aid course.

The teachers were fantastic! Really informed and knowledgeble they answer any questions we had. Great hands on experience as well and the course was easy to follow as I brought my 5 months along !!. Higly reccomend it!

Fun learning and friendly BLS training with Matt. Good communicator, knowledgeable, and on-time. The facilities (mannequin quality, module, AED etc) are great, even there's an extra quick teaching for doctors (OPA & NPA insertion).
