I couldn't fault the service from Howard today. He rang me to say when he would arrive and put all the equipment in place with no fuss.It is rare to get such good service these days and its a shame more people don't have the same attitude.

Excellent customer services
A test of a good company is how they deal with issues when things go wrong. Before Christmas I bought a bed rail. I waited for 7 days (5 working days) but did not have any correspondence as to when it would arrive. I rang customer services who apologised and said it should have been sent out. They actioned it straight away and it was delivered next day, in time for when it was needed.

So very helpful at a difficult time!!
My 92 year old Mum was due to be discharged from hospital and we had arranged for a hospital type bed to be delivered and installed on a certain day. Then the hospital suggested a hospice might be more appropriate, I had to put everything on hold and delay/cancel the bed, the staff at Healthcare Pro couldn't have been more understanding or helpful, I would have no hesitation in recommending their service/product.

Delivery man did not knock, ring or follow delivery instructions. This caused problems as I am on crutches following a hip replacement.

Useless brevetti sock dressing aid
I purchased a Brevetti Sock Dressing Aid. It's too big for standard socks so no use, Healthcare Pro should only call it a stocking aid and you then have to send to back at your own expense via tracked delivery which I was quoted as being over £11.00. Healthcare Pro is wrongly marketing this product as a sock aid which it is not. Its a useless sock aid and suggesting I return is not cost effective as its your own expense. This item as a sock aid is not fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY.
