Very fast and easy way
Very fast and easy way. Read the presentation, pass the test and upload the video - I spent no more than 1 hour on everything. The certificate came to the mail early in the morning. Useful and easy. Thank you!

Zero customer care or communication
Paid for a course which I was informed had no expiration date to complete. Return a month later, no access to course. Multiple attempts to contact them with zero response, not even a confirmation of receipt of email!
3 months on now, will be approaching Stripe for a refund!

Quick & easy
Quick & easy, the certificate can be obtained within hours. The training course is good. Only suggestion, it is not described on the website that the certificate is issued by a QQI Level 6 instructor. I think that it shall be advertised.
