I don't think I have ever used such beautiful creamy soap. It lathers beautifully and my skin felt like peach skin after use, so velvety. I shall certainly be buying some more.

Fast delivery and a free sample bar of soap along with the sea moss tablets. The soap smelled lovey! The tablets seem quality, I have subscribed so I can have a monthly supply. Already feeling more alert, so a very promising couple of weeks (since starting)

Placed order 4 weeks ago, no sign of it and no response from company

Saw this product on Dragons Den and thought I would give it a go as there looked so many health benefits to it. I’ve been using it a few weeks and not only does it taste really good in a smoothie, I’m definitely noticing some benefits from using the Sea Moss Gel! Have just purchased another jar of the Energy Sea Moss Gel and will likely try some other products soon!

I am a first time customer with health and holistics. I am on the go so the sea moss blend tablets for me seemed to be a great option. No fuss, convenient but still getting all the goodness of a superfood!
I was impressed with the authenticity of the product as there are many products out there that are diluted. The product was delivered beautifully with a hand written note which was a lovely touch:-) I have been taken 2x tablets a day in the morning and I feel like since I have have my cognitive functioning seems more sharper. I can engage in work activities more longer without needing a respite. I'm hopeful that I will see more benefits in weeks to come. I will definitely be offering from this company again and have already recommended it to friends and family. Thank you health holistics, keep up the good work!

I’ve used there sea moss soap and it smells amazing and is really good on your skin seems to leaves my skin feeling amazing I started the seamoss capsule too. This company feels really personal and genuine products.

I have been using Health and Holistics for 3 years now, I love their products, and the fact that they are natural, the oat soap smells divine, I also have very sensitive skin that usually reacts to most, not with this soap, it calms soothes and leaves skin feeling fresh and lovely.

Just received my product from this company, whilst looking for dose instructions (there are none) I noticed the best before date had been covered over with a new date, when I peeled the new date off I revealed a best before date of 03/10/25, absolutely appalled at this and will be looking a full refund, how unprofessional and deceitful.

Rome's pitch alone made me want to order their products, such genuine authentisity, a rare gift. I ordered the sea moss oat soap & gold capsules. OMG, I'm blown away by how lovely the soap makes my skin feel. My skin feels loved & moisturised. In time, I'll understand the benefits of taking the sea moss gold capsules. I was delightfully surprised by the kind gesture of 2 free samples of the other soaps; looking forward to trying these soon. The packaging was all recycleable; top marks!!
I highly recommend health holoistics & will encourage my friends to try their products, too.

I saw the presentation for Health and Holistics on Dragons Den and decided there and then to make a purchase of some of their products. Ordering was very easy and communication from the company good. My order took quite some time to arrive but, I recieved a message from Rome apologising for the delay and,as promised in his message, my package arrived when he said it would. Packaging was excellent..As yet, I comment on effectiveness of the sea moss as its early days but, the smell of the soap I ordered was wonderful, uplifting and presented in a lovey hessian pouch. On using it I felt my skin was so cleansed and felt and looked soft and healthy. I've never used soap bars on my skin before but, I will always be using this soap from now on rather than shower gel.. Thank you.

Efficient and fast delivery. Great communication with updates on despatch of order.Lots of great info sent about other products available. Good variety of options. gel sea moss works well mixing in with drinks and food as I struggle with swallowing capsules. Overall excellent brand and service. Would buy from Health and Holistic again.

I have been waiting a long time for a new, reliable supplier of this product since my last one closed down.

I first became aware of Health & Holistics when they appeared on Dragon's Den, where Tinie Tempah was a judge. He and his family are users of sea moss, and I ended up ordering mine before the show concluded!

Despite a delay in delivery, the company reached out to me to explain the situation, and shortly after, my order arrived. I am very pleased with the quality, smoothness, and freshness of the product, and I will be placing regular orders. Unfortunately, it's not safe in the fridge because my family has already noticed it!

I also appreciated the nice touch of including an incredibly fragrant soap sample with my order. Thank you!

I love health and Holistcs! Seamoss is amazing, pure and tasty and the whole ethos behind the company is amazing, such as helping young adults learn on the job.

Such bad customer service. I order products that said they was produced in St Lucia. The capsule are imported from Asia which is know to have fake seamoss. I asked for a refund and my order hasn’t arrived or money been sent back
