Arrived quickly

Arrived quickly only just started taking the capsules so don't know if they have positive impact on my health or not yet, but no negative systems.

I started the die off program..

I started the die off program... I gave up half way through. When returning to try again, I read the guidelines on health 4 all website & understood what to expect & how to better support my body through the process. I was able to manage the fatigue the second time round and felt amazing as I could feel the cleanse. The cleanse was successful. I had blastocystosis rash on my face for 6 months prior. The cleans got rid of it. Cannot thank you enough.
