Good product, works well, happy with it

The customer service did its best to be helpful when I had a problem.

I ordered this item for my spouse for his birthday. I was provided with a tracking number which failed to keep track of the item for nearly a month. Of course, purchasing from abroad is always a concern- so I reached out to HealFlux about the location of the item and possibly cancelling my order.
What I found: Healflux is a small company struggling with the challenges of growth. They have a superior product, but transportation and delivery tend to be an issue.
Why my rating: After direct contact with Josh via email several times, a new item was shipped, I was assured they were not a scam, and I received the new shipment within a few weeks. I got what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. Yup, there were some sticking points along the way, but Josh addressed my concerns and rectified the problem.
Product review: We are studying a lot about cymatics, an additional resource for how to effectively use the product is our only recommendation as it is not beginner friendly. Sure, you can turn it on and set to a frequency, but what is it doing? How long should you let it run? What's the difference between using the speaker, antenna, or the wrist strap? What frequency should you set to and why need to be addressed for the beginner.

Overall: I am pleased with my purchase, the product, and most importantly, the customer service.

Bought my Frequency machine on line, it arrived and I thought it was broken, but I had a wonderful man named Josh help me out in customer service and he couldn’t have been more helpful. The machine works well. I have been trying the different frequencies and I’m really pleased. I’m looking forward to my healing now I’m excited. Thank you for all your help Josh. 😊

I'm surprised to hear you wanted my review. I had a bad experience. Just almost 2 months in , the port for the power cord broke and I couldn't use the unit anymore. I was told to take a picture and send it back . That would of been costly and take a long time to get another. This was when your new product was coming out. So I figured I just got a unit that was sent back for defects. Sorry I didn't want to spend the money or time to order another and went with another company and their's worked fine. Sorry you were highly recommended but that wasn't my experience.

I love my frequency product. I like choosing the hertz and putting it next to my bed.

I ordered the healflux and other accessories. Love the device, I use it everyday. Changing to different frequencies from neck pain to headaches and a few others throughout the day. I will be ordering another device for my sister. Amazing how frequencies have made me feel happier and healthier.

I love my new Healthflux frequency device. I’ve already used it for several pain issues I was dealing with and it helped my pain completely vanish within minutes.
I would give this device a 5 but it seems to be very delicate and so I have to be careful with it when using it and when not in use. I would highly recommend this product to treat ailments, help raise frequency levels, help the overall mood of an environment. It’s a very beneficial tool. I use it with the Rife book of frequencies when I’m using it for pain or a health concern.

Bought some products, the water energizer I like a lot. It works! It is much better in taste.

The music box is also well. So far I am pleased, thank You!

I haven't had the Healflux very long but I am anxious to get going on it and see results. I do know that their Customer Services has been outstanding answering all of my questions and concerns!

Josh has been nothing short of phenomenal with his customer support and I have had my healflux for over a year and it hasn't missed a beat.
I work 7/7 in theines and nightshift has always been an absolute struggle to get to sleep and remain asleep but the healflux has been a great benefit in helping relax and meditate on the days that my brain refuses to shut off.
Everything is frequency and returning something to its natural state is paramount for longevity.

Don’t waste you money. Very cheap in all aspects.

Update 10/21/25
This update is meant to inform any potential buyer of what the healflux can and won’t do. Sorry for the following being scientifically technical, but this information is critical to know before purchasing. When I first went to use my healflux, I was frustrated at a lack of some information in what this product can do and how to specifically operate this device. My overall all star rating has been upgraded after receiving updated information not available in the company’s product description. I was just told that the energy field put out in a ten foot diameter was a “scalar” energy field. The product description states it puts out “PEMF.” From my new research, scalar and PEMF are different and both are helpful. I bought this healflux because the product stated it put out a PEMF field. Scalar affects bodily functions and helps differently. In fact, I am happy this puts out a scalar field. I now plug my healflux next to my bed all night and the field can medically help both my wife and me while we sleep. Because this does not put out PEMF, my severe physical pain has not diminished, BUT this has drastically improved my sleep in that I no longer wake up around two or three to go to the bathroom.

I also discovered that the optional two jack Y audio adapter is strictly for audio only! I tried plugging the optional antenna in one side and earbuds in the other jack and discovered that the antenna shorted out and stopped the audio signal. I suspect that the optional wrist strap or earclips that are meant to focus the energy, may do the same.

I like that this puts out a safer scalar energy field. I say this because I sometimes have elderly people with electronic device implants such as pacemakers, visit my home.

I discovered that to operate, I press the left green button and release. Turn the knob to the desired number. Then press to move to the next number to the right. To adjust the volume, press the green button down and turn the green knob to select. To turn on the audio, press the green button again. BEWARE, this can put out a high amount of sound so I recommend that you do NOT wear headphones when adjusting Volume! As an example, I generally set my volume level around 9, but it can go up to around 125, a huge range. Also, please be aware that some frequencies are not in the hearing range for many people. I say this because I have selected different frequencies and gotten blasted with high volume.

Now that I understand this healflux puts out a scalar field instead of PEMF, I have upgraded my star rating to four stars. This upgrade is also a reflection that although the response to my questions may be slow, this company does eventually respond. They seem to be a busy, small company.

Update 10/15/25
Someone from healflux did respond after I wrote this review. The product description states that this device puts out an electromagnetic field (PEMF) around 10 feet and if you purchase the plugin antenna, the distance is increased. I have two other similar devices and when I use a clear vial with a tiny magnet in it, my other devices causes the magnet to vibrate. When I put the vial close to my healflux, the magnet remains motionless. This mans that it is apparently not putting out any magnetic field that I can measure. When I use my meter, my other devices show a reading, but this device shows no response. I sent a reply in an email and was told I would have a response back within five business days. It is now the end of day 7 with no response. Either I got a defective device, or my device that they sell does not do what they advertise it does. Unfortunately because of these issues, my rating remains at one star. If this device did what it is advertised to do, at this price, it would be a home run product and I would recommend it to my friends that really need something like this. It is sturdy and small.

I was initially impressed about the technology in how this product is described and what it could do for the body. In placing my order, the poor quality of product I received, lack of product operating instructions, and absolutely NO customer service response causes me to rate this product as a one star rating. What good is a product if I do not know HOW to operate it correctly? I have a strong engineering mindset and have figured some things, but my product came shipped not working correctly. Because of these observations, I must strongly encourage you to AVOID purchasing this product! This experience caused me to search and find another similar prodct that is much easier to operate. My only option is to reverse charge my credit card charge since this company does not respond at all and my product sound does not operate correctly.

Haven't made a purchase yet as every single time I get on to 'buy now'...looking for 2 separate items...I'm presented with a greater quantity than the amount I've requested.
Combined with other reviews I now find this website very difficult to trust and won't go ahead until this is rectified...and hoping this can be sooner than later please🙏🏻
