Great Service.
Before placing my order with yourselves I spoke with a member of staff seeking advice on a headset I needed to purchase before ordering. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and after giving the details of the type of headset we required was very informative and experienced in her knowledge. This was a great help as this is not my field of expertise. Speedy delivery service. Thumbs up.

Fast and reliable service- great products!
Callum was very helpful and assisted me in choosing the right type of a headset for me to use at work that I’m able to use with MS Teams on a laptop and a iPhone. The delivery was fast. Great product - I love it. It cancels the noise perfectly and very comfortable on the ears. Excellent customer service. This is the third time I use The Headset Store and have been very happy so far! Thank you very much :)

Bought three headsets, very happy
We run a very busy Animal Rescue Charity and headsets are crucial for our staff. We bought one headset and not being technically minded, we had trouble setting it up.
We contacted the Company who immediately sent through precise info of what we needed to do.
We did as instructed and it works perfectly, so we purchased another two.
All three headsets arrived promptly. Thank you we're very happy.

Helpful people
I realised after ordering that I'd ordered the wrong variant in error. I called them. They answered the phone immediately and processed a refund immediately without question. From ordering to refund confirmation was just 12 minutes. It's things like this that are important and make the difference over those other companies who handle customer contact online or with AI.
