The ccell cartridges they sold me were already fried (cleaned and resold) or were defectives/fakes. Never had this issue with ccell's or vaping lol.

These people do not sell authentic CCELL devices. I tried to purchase the Kera from these clowns and the ones I got had no branding on them and felt noticeably cheaper than the authentic product. Zero response when I asked for a return. They are con artists. Don't bother wasting your money on them.

We can assure you that the CCELL Kera cartridges we sell are authentic as we only purchase directly from authorized CCELL distributors listed on the CCELL website. CCELL cartridges are branded with the CCELL logo and associated distributor logo and ID number, on the bottom of each cartridge next to the threads. We had a look and we don't have an order under your name, and we haven't received an email regarding a return. We also noticed that your profile says you are located in the USA, but we only ship orders within Canada. Perhaps you have us confused with a different store. If you did purchase from us, please get back to us with your order number and further detail, we would be happy to assist you.
