Shipping time

Not real pleased with how long it has taken to get this bat

Unfortunately, this order was placed on Friday evening around 6:00 PM during the launch of the AXE Calibur. The item shipped out first thing Monday and arrived within 6 business days of purchase.

If you ever decide to give us another try, we would definitely recommend selecting 2nd Day Air if you are in a hurry to receive the product. Since you are located in central Arkansas, shipping can sometimes take a little longer when free standard shipping is selected at checkout.

We do apologize and agree that it should have arrived sooner, but unfortunately shipping carriers have become more difficult to rely on in some situations.

If you no longer need the bat, we would be happy to accept it back for a full refund and waive any applicable fees due to your dissatisfaction.
