Absolutely terrible communication – a truly amateur company
Communication was non-existent. Unfortunately, this company operates on a completely unprofessional level. Would not recommend.
If you're looking for a company to print stickers for you, look no further. The true test of a company is how they deal with problems. They were let down by their courier on two occasions which was totally out of their control. They ended up going out of their way to reprint the labels and personally hand delivered them to me with extra labels. Very friendly too!
To add: the stickers are excellent quality and better than I'd hoped for!
What a refreshing change these days to find a dedicated business that actually, cares and listens and offers great support of machines not of their manufacture and good alternative arrangements.
Alex & Karen are a delight to deal with, Alex is very knowledgeable and both are great to talk to.
Looking forward to doing business with them in the future and purchasing new equipment through them.
