Both hard drives they sold me were already in "pre-failure" state with extremely high read error rate. One of the drives also make an intermittent buzzing sound. The company doesn't reply to the support e-mail.
The delivery takes a long time (2-3 weeks), as it seems this company either sources their disks from Asia (mine came from Singapore), or it is just a European front for a Singapore company. That by itself would be acceptable is they actually honored their customer support.
The Seagate Exos disk I purchased from this company failed within the first year.
They don't respond in any way to my requests to resolve the matter.
The disk was pretty cheap, but it turned out to be a really expensive piece of junk.
Experience with hddprice has been good, and RMA of DOA drives has been problem free. Sadly, prices have now risen to a point where it's barely worth it. Guess the good days are gone.
Product and delivery were as described. Delivery is extremely slow - as the site warns in advance! If waiting is fine, then this site seems above board.
They sent me a broken hard drive and are not replying to my emails. Worst service ever.
They are delivering used drives as new. Mine had 3 years of usage. They have tampered smart power on values.
Delivery is slow but it is written that it will take time when you buy the hdd.
The product came without any problem and working for a week flawlessly.
I got what I ordered. Delivery was slow but according to what was stated when ordering.
Perfect service, after one HDD arrived defect. I got it replaced without any hickups.
Good service. Ordered 4 drives, one had bad sektors and required several scans before it was accepted by my NAS.
The delivery was ok! Not very fast but as the price was nice I could wait.
The biggest problem is that the hard drive is broken nd don't work more than 10 min., then it dies.
