Absolutely amazing service from ordering my perfect bed to delivery kept informed at all times nothing was too much for these guys honestly I can not thank them enough my dream bed is so comfortable I would 1000% recommend this company I done cash on delivery which was perfect for me with a little deposit if I could give 10 stars I would as they deserve it thank you again hdbeds

Only downfall they don’t dispose the package, so be prepared to dispose so many packages.

Delivery was on time stated, fitted the bed for us and really pleased with our purchase.

Fantastic experience from start to finish ordered my bed on the website and soon received confirmation via email of my order and was also contacted via WhatsApp with my delivery date with delivery time to follow the day before. Bed arrived when they said it would delivery drivers were lovely and very helpful lifting the bed and mattress up the stairs leading up to my house. Very happy with my new bed amazing quality bed and mattress and comfiest nights sleep I’ve ever had last night! Thank you :)

Great company, communication is spot on. From the moment of ordering they confirmed with me and the size of the headboard to ensure it would fit. Gave me a delivery date straight away then messaged the morning of the delivery with a time slot. Very friendly delivery drivers. The quality of the bed is insane. I wish I could add photos to the review because IM IN LOVE. Will be recommending this company for beds thank you again for a 5 star service.

I just had my bed delivered and i am over the moon. Best Customer service and communication is outstanding. They even sent me a video to show me how to put the bolts on the bed. I will be recommending to my friends and family and placing my next order for the spare room very soon. If you want a bed, use HD beds you won't regret it. Unprompted review.

Great from start to finish the order process was simple and the delivery was great the lads put it all together my only small gripe was that they left all the packaging which at the end of the day is not a big problem but just be prepared for that. Would I recommend them! Definitely 100percent.
