DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

On 26/4 I bought a set of educational sticks (paypal payment). After a couple of months I enquired with the company and was replied that the order was being prepared at the warehouse, they excused for the delay due to the sanitary emergency. The story went on and on and I was being repeited the same words over and over. Finally on 22/7 all at once they reply saying that the parcel had been put on hold because of custom clearance problem and that they were to reship and send me the tracking number. SO FAR NOTHING. AFTER 3 MONTHS they cannot even provide me with the tracking. They even refused to refund me when asked. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
(order N C12720156508298.1 (apparently the order N is now 14017.BH). I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I PAID USD 37,42 to receive nothing. This should not happen. I warn whoever look at this review: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Horrible horrible horrible

I don't want to even give them a one star they are so bad. I order a 100 inch big screen and projector with the sound bar back in April 2020. I understand with this stupid covid 19 crop shipping would be a little slow. Well I order stuff online alot since then and received all my packages but not with Hazel Labs. I finally received my screen and projector (mind you it is just the white sheet with holes in it, no poles or black backing) at the end of June. I still to this day have not received the sound bar and everytime I email them about it they tell me they are looking into it. I keep telling them they have been looking into this issue and nothing has changed. I want a refund for the item I never received and they are telling me no. Do not and I mean DO NoT ever buy from this company. There are a joke. I would rather spend a little bit more money and get the items I want and the quality I want.

This company is a complete joke.
It should not be allowed to continue!!!
I placed an order before christmas. Never received it!!!
I have contacted them several times about complete refund and they haven't had the decency to reply.
Any one who orders from them must be mad!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS
I had to give them one star so I could write this.
Disgusting.

Awful Customer Service

After reviewing this company on as many sites as i can, they keep saying they don't have an order under my name and i see that as a trend here. Not an excuse. The last communication i had with them was 2 weeks ago and they said they would refund "half" of my order. and it hasn't happened yet. This company cannot be trusted at all.

59 day just to process order.

If I could give it minus stars I would. I placed an order early April. They didn’t process it to send it out until 59 days later. It’s now god only knows where. I asked the company to refund before they shipped out because they hadn’t even processed it. Instead of doing that they ignored my request and repeated the phrases. ‘We are sorry it’s covid‘. It’s nearly August and I think it’s still in China. It was supposed to be for my child’s birthday. I have had things from a number of companies throughout this pandemic and they have all delivered . With full apology for being late ( totally understand) and offer of refund and It wasn’t even that late! Such a difference. NEVER go near Hazel Lab. 4 months and still waiting.

I ordered a portable pool in May!
Still havent received and am trying to get money back from paypal!!!!!
they keep sending me a tracking number from USPS and it says "tracking number not yet in system"

Poor customer service

After waiting 2 months, I finally received my product but written in CHINESE including the instructions! When I complained all they can say is SORRY. I told them that if they can't send me product in English, then I want my money back. They refused. Only refund if the product is damaged. Piece of crap company!

TOTAL SCAM

a 1 start is not low enough: ditto to most reviews: they just keep emailing tracking numbers that do work; saying it has been shipped: 2 and a half months later we are still getting the same email with a DIFFERENT fake tracking number we have received a dozen of these emails

Company is fraudulent !!!

Company is fraudulent !!!! They will steal your money and never respond nor send the product . They will just send you fake screen shots of shipping details in Chinese and say that it’s delayed because of covid 19, it’s been four months . They still send the same exact information and saying they will look into it.

I ordered from this company in April, it's now mid July,I have written them several times, each time they say, they are putting a special crew together to FIND my order!
Never will I ever order from these crooks again.

Total scam!

Total scam! Placed an order in March. Never received it. When emailing and asking where my order was, they just kept responding and telling me it's on the way but would not give me tracking. When I asked for a refund they again responded that it's on the way, but could never give tracking info. Do not order from this company. There is a place in hell for people like this.

If I give zero stars I would. I ordered something May 9 and still have not received the package. I started asking for a refund in June. They kept acting like the could not locate my order. Even after I said to cancel and refund, they still claim it's on the way. I no longer need it. They have different names they use so they are crooked!
