Defiantly the worst companies i have ever come across. They would make your average cowboy look like a pro. Rotten to the core. The work is a total disaster. The use contractors who are absolute muppets, you'd have better luck asking Frank Spencer to come and fit your bathroom. The workers are rude and use bad language, which is not appropriate in any house but esp one with 3 children. The frequently dont turn up or turn up late and they often have to go home because the manager has failed to deliver the materials to complete the bathroom. We had to wait 2 weeks just to get some sort of a bathroom and was it worth the wait. Absolutly No. They promise a WOW factor and they certainly get that. WOW what a rubbish batrhroom fit haw could anyone do it that bad.

They cant tile. They didn't even use spacers correctly on out wall, as a result some gaps are large and others small. The tiles are not lined up and they aren't even flat to the wall. They fitted the wrong toilet seat to the toilet base. The taps have a manufacturers default and the radiator leaks, even though they have tried 3 times to fix it, there gross incompetence means they are unable to fit and stop a leaking radiator that they fitted. The grouting is generally poor with gaps missing and the floor they fitted is unlikely to last according to another bathroom company who have been employed to clean up the mess. The sink cupboard they fitted looks second hand and they used kitchen mdf which has started to rot after only a few weeks. The covered it with a dangerous metal edge that was cut serated and jagged.
