Haynes paper manuals are brilliant.
Haynes autofix though is a complete waste of money. Absolutely nothing of any use specific to the actual vehicle, just a load of generic junk.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Cannot believe Haynes put their name to this autofix rubbish!

Layed out simple so very easy to understand

A very efficient service

I purchased online and book manual. I found the online version difficult on my phone. I thought I could download to a folder for easy navigation but cant work it out. The paperback turned up and is excellent.

Easy to find what I needed and prompt processing. Very happy with the service

ordered two manuals - received one. tried emails, phoning several times - no response! they've got my money...

Awesome service great manual.

I've used haynes manuals for 40 odd years. Very helpful. I am an auto electrician.

E-version proved impossible to use. Can't download it, so if I go backwards, I log out of website manual link, have to start again. Android phone. Haven't dug into hard copy yet, but experience tells me it will be great. Ty.

Comprehensive information

I would have loved a version that had an owners manual on what all the buttons interior etc are and how they work .

After two years since purchasing it, and only using the repair manual a couple of times, the link has stopped working. It has been nearly a month since I reported the issue. Customer service is not responsive; I have to wait days or even weeks to get a reply.

I originally ordered the online version which is absolutely no good. I asked for a refund and I was refunded. I ordered the paperback manual which gave me the information I needed.

Always have a manual

Initially I skimmed through the manual and thought it was not as comprehensive. Then after thoroughly reading some sections I would say that this is a very comprehensive manual and so far has all the essential and relevant information with great specificity. I would absolutely recommend.

There’s nothing about the engine valve / tappet clearances? What the manufacturer recommends as the tappet gap should be?
All this information should be in the motor maintenance section of your manual??

I’m guessing I’ll find a lot of critical information lacking to different sections of the vehicle maintenance throughout each section or chapter??

The manual arrived ahead of schedule and well packaged.
The website is easy to navigate.
The manual is well set out, with each section clearly labelled.
I prefer to have the manual open beside me when servicing the vehicle, and find it easier than an ipad or laptop. It also stands up to vibration well when we are 4 wheel driving on rough tracks, as we are travelling and camping off grid. Thank you Haynes for a very practical and useful product.
