All good swift delivery and all fitted

Ordered roof rails on 18th June for our Discovery 5 when my husband went to fit them we discovered they were faulty and didn't fit. Emailed the company on 1st July to ask if a return and refund could be arranged as we have had to purchase another set of roof rails as they were urgently required. I did receive a email from Jake at hawkparts asking for car reg and photos. Which we supplied clearly showing the parts don't line up. Since then we haven't heard a thing from the company despite emailing, phoning and leaving voicemail messages. Don't buy from this company because they clearly are happy to take your money but don't want their cheap knock off parts back and provide refunds.

Minor suggestion, maybe include fitting instructions, also, I had to contact Hawks with the question of Torque settings, which were not included in package, they got back to me with required settings, so all good

Promise’s not fore filled.
I bought a set of running boards for my BMW x3 they arrived in good time but arrived with no fitting instructions. I sent emails to them with no reply, so I rang them and spoke to a guy called Alex who said there isn’t any fitting instructions for said item. He promised me he would forward a video how to fit them, it’s now 3 weeks on and I have not received any notification from them. Stay away from this company as they are not interested in customer support.

If I could rate this company — Hawk Parts Ltd, also trading as Jap Parts Europe Ltd and Japspeed (Company number 08964000), operating out of Units 2–4, Southern Industrial Estate, Walkden, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom, M28 3QN — any lower than zero, I would.

After multiple emails and still no reply, the directors of the company, Paul McCallum and Deborah McCallum, should seriously consider their positions. There is a complete lack of respect for customers, and ongoing issues persist with the supplied parts.

It seems they operate on the principle that if they supply enough substandard parts, most people seeking a resolution will give up when they fail to respond to emails. What a business model that is — sell parts, but take no responsibility when they fail.

Money left my account for a set of roof bars, no delivery. I've sent several messages with no response. They are nothing short of crooks. They have literally stolen my money. Steer clear of these jokers.

After purchasing a set of side steps for my Jaguar f pace earlier in the year,I have to give credit to all at the firm, when the box was opened they were patchily scratched, I was offered a partial refund which I accepted, after nearly 8 months use the paint was beginning to come off the aluminium part of the steps, I contacted the firm and was offered another partial refund which I have accepted, they didn’t have to offer anything due to the area that they are fitted, I am completely satisfied with the service that I have received from them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, if your right with people and go about complaining in the right way it has its benefits

Bought a jack that literally burst lifting a vw golf the jack fluid is leaking at a rapid rate do not buy
