Very happy customer! I experienced great customer service from test drive to sale. All staff friendly but not too pushy. My car came with 12 months mot. Looks and drive perfectly and I am super happy with my car!

We had been looking for a first car for one of our daughters, we had visited many car dealers from small to the largest independent in East Anglia, I was disappointed in all especially the quality of used cars. I found a Kia Ceed here at the Haverhill Car Xchange, visited and straight away I noticed the difference in the people here and the cars, we dealt with John and Keaton, both really nice people and helpful, they made buying a car a pleasant experience. The car was serviced and a new MOT put on, there was no pressure here to buy, it was an honest refreshing experience compared to many other dealers we had visited. A big THANK YOU TO JOHN & KEATON. Well where go I start, what a great experience dealing with Josh and John, for me it was an unusual experience buying a car online and not in person as I have a badly broken leg. So buying a car online was a totally new experience to me and I was a bit wary, but Josh and John were brilliant and answered all my questions and made the whole process easy and reassuring, from the details of the car through to payment and it being delivered to my door . If anyone reading this is not sure about using Haverhill Car Xchange please trust me these guys know what they are talking about and in my experience they have sold me a lovely car that drives and looks amazing. Great experience with haverhill car xchange. The car was serviced and had an MOT before picking it up and I wasn’t pressured into any additional extras although i chose to purchase the extended warranty.

Purchased after seeing on car gurus. Josh was very helpful and we had the car delivered to our door as purchased unseen. Car as expected and advertised. Would have no issue in recommending.

I car purchase was simple; the salesman gave me lots of information about the car and their company.
The car as due for collection on Monday 20/1/2025, but I needed early and they obliged (collection was on 18/1/2025).

i bought a car from here a few weeks ago, all of the staff we spoke with were really helpful, efficient and also friendly. we had a few issues with the car and despite them being extremely busy they fit us in to have a look a few days after and went out of their way to research how to fix it!
