The Lechon came without a knife because the meat was so tender that all I needed was a fork

Thank goodness I did!! Their signature dish Lechón was about as fresh of a plate you could ask for. The pork was cooked to perfection, so moist and absolutely melt in your mouth goodness. Their sweet plantains were a tasty addition that truly complemented the rest of the plate. White rice and a side of their amazing black beans rounded out this 5 star dish! A note about their black beans - their owner came out and informed me that those are probably the toughest item on the menu to make due to the 17 different ingredients!! Absolutely delicious!!
