I had to place more than one order of…
I had to place more than one order of the solid wood slat panels and mistakenly ordered the wrong panels on my second order. Customer service was very helpful with getting them returned and a refund issued. The panels look amazing in my home. I have made many recommendations because of this.

Service after the sale is non existant.
The wood panels arrived promptly and in excellent condition. I was initially impressed by the high-quality materials and the overall aesthetic. However, after installation, I noticed a significant color variation among several panels. This was quite disappointing, as it compromised the uniformity of the finished look.
I contacted customer support about the issue and provided photos of the color difference, along with the product label. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication and customer service is extremely frustrating.
While the product itself is visually appealing, the quality control issues and complete absence of customer support have left me feeling dissatisfied with my purchase. I would caution potential buyers to be aware of these potential shortcomings
October 10 Update.
I appreciate the initial response to my support request. However, despite providing the requested photo evidence and following up multiple times, I have not received any communication from Hausvita. I left a review detailing my experience, and I find it unusual that Hausvita only responded (to the same email chain where I provided photos and follow ups) after becoming aware of the negative feedback.

Amazing company
Amazing company, price was great, very fast delivery, and the quality is fantastic, very satisfied. Being a buisness owner my self for 30 years in the furniture buisness, I appreciate not only there efficency but the way it was packed and shipped with the cases of these large panels in great shape. Meaning the way the company and shipper handheld the product was amazing, perfect delivery .
