We tried setting up an account with Haulpay and submitted all the required documents, expecting a smooth onboarding process. Unfortunately, we were left waiting with no meaningful updates. Despite multiple follow-ups, we received no clear communication or support from their team.

Eventually, they simply refused to work with us without explanation after wasting valuable time. This level of unresponsiveness and lack of professionalism was very disappointing. We expected better from a company in the logistics and finance space.

I wouldn’t recommend Haulpay based on our experience. If you're looking for reliability and clear communication, you may want to consider other options.
