Absolutely useless!! Customer service is non existent and never answer emails, phone calls etc. Don't waste your time, money or energy. Very quick to take your money!

I have been so impressed with the on-boarding process with the Haulage Exchange. From Sachin understanding my requirements to the team helping me navigate the platform. I have managed teams like this in the past and Id have been very proud if they delivered the same professionalism as they have. Especially Eve my account manager and Josh who has also helped.

Billy consistently kept appointments and deadlines, followed up proactively, and hosted a detailed web call to show the platform's features.

His guidance made onboarding smooth and we began receiving jobs from the platform within the first day of signing up.

I'm pleasantly surprised we recovered the subscription cost within the first week - thank you Billy!

Jan's Haulage Aberystwyth (YODEL) Run and delivered by GOONS this is probably the worst courier business in the UK, an absolute waste of time, 2 parcels delivered to a random address, the delivery image could be anywhere, I don't understand why this company still exists, live chat next to useless no doubt an Indian call centre with no idea, don't waste your time with these people, utter shambles Zero star rating.

terrible service, taken over £3k 5 weeks ago and still cannot get on the platform, no one answers phone calls and its all emails, you get fobbed off with and email (they send your issue to technical department)
do not waste your money, this is a scam, no one answers the phone and numbers say they do not accept phone calls to this number, very quick to call you every day for the payment

It’s been absolutely an amazing experience so far. A lots of jobs available. Just got to be plan ahead before picking up a job.

The reason why I’ve 4 stars because I was told by the person who signed me up that, they will find a return journey for me and contact me but no one has helped to find a single load.

Other than that, India has been very helpful and supportive with everything. She will reach out to you soon as she gets an email and help as much as possible.

We have recently started using HX and are already seeing the benefits. Reaching other hauliers to work with and building good working relationships. The platform is easy to use and allows you to keep up to date on consignment progress. Our onboarding specialist India Giddings was a great help and made the start up and onboard training run smoothly.

I was bit scared at first joing hx because of the social media reviews especially on Facebook but I thought I need to experience it for myself to decide, so i took the leap of faith,
Went through process of joing,payment and uploading all the documents,my
Onboarding Specialist was a gentleman named Joe Breakspear,excellent person very helpful answered all my questions guided me through everything how to send invoices how to complete jobs how to work out the cost per mile,he also rang me once a week to see how things were going on the HX platform and if I needed any help,am glad I made the choice of joining HX and the joing fee can easily made back in the 1st month,

All good. Positive experience so far. Plenty of ad hoc jobs available and forwarders are very responsive compared to other platforms

Avoid !!!! Basically a leagal scam. Take. Years money up front no cooling of period. No work in my area. Waste of money Curently in leagal battle with them.

Lost a lot of money with this people. Make sure you record all phone conversations with this company.
