Bought new but it came with broken box and missing part inside. Second bad experience in Hatton's, to me its the last one.

Top sellers.
I buy quite a few products from Hattons, they are always reliable, well packaged and considerably cheaper than buying from the manufacturer. Every time I receive a parcel there's a hand written thank you card inside, makes it a very personal buying experience. I would never purchase any models from anyone else, they are that good!

Excellent!
Recently placed 3 orders at Hatton's. All were delivered very quickly, within 2 days or ordering. All were well packaged. I would highly recommend Hatton's to anybody with an interest in model railways. Can't fault them in any way.

I have ordered many items from Hattons over the year's. They have always given me great service, they nearly alway have what I'm looking for and if not. Will email you as soon as it's in, would recomend them to anyone who needs anything for model railways

Hatton's experience
I have dealt with Hatton's on quite a few occasions and have been impressed with the overall service.
With this particular order, I wasn't quite so satisfied - I was lucky to have received my model intact. I do not believe the item was packaged very well.
Furthermore, the tape holding the box together was beginning to peal.
The tracking number provided was unable to be found when entered on the Royal Mail website.
On a positive note, I was pleased with the price and the product itself - It'll fit in well with my collection.
