Excellent Service, very good products

The are scammers, do not order here, poor quality goods, after claims, they gave some strange address in Romania for returning the purchased goods. They refunded some small value, but requested five stars recomendation.

I wrote a previous review that was required in order to get an exchange of shoes that were terrible and did not fit. If I gave them a good review and paid $9.99 they would send me a proper size. The shoes did arrive today they do fit but they are awful. I would never do business with this company in anyway. What a waste of money, and I resent being held up by them in order to get an exchange when it says that exchanges are accepted. What a lie.

Very poor quality goods and worse customer service. This Chinese company will NOT refund your money unless the item is returned at YOUR expense. They want proof of label and tracking prior to receiving return and indicate if there is damage of any kind they may not refund even if you DO return it. Very poor quality goods

I placed an order and due to personal issues, I asked to cancel it. They responded almost immediately and made several offers if I decided to proceed with the purchase. I felt that I couldn't do that at this time, so they agreed to cancel the order and refund my money. That, in my opinion, is good customer service. I haven't received the credit yet but hope to see it on my credit card statement soon.

The Produkts are Fine. But the Service is bat, I have to pay two times shipping coasts when returning. And only when I give a high rating. That doesn‘d work. I bye somewhere else.

Good quality, rapid delivery

The comfortable bra I ordered is wonderful and I have ordered 5 more. The delivery is pretty quick which is the biggest plus since I ordered this bra somewhere else before and had to wait for months.

I cancelled my order, because I saw that I should have ordered a bigger size. The whole money was refunded a few days later.

Customer service were very quick and acknowledged my inquiry for return of the product purchase.

The customer service responded promptly to my immediate cancellation and promised a full refund of the purchase price (unfortunately the item was ordered in error). After the negative reviews, I very much hope that the promise will be kept. In any case, the 5 stars are given for the friendly feedback.

I would like to add to my review that the full refund of the purchase price was credited to my account after just one week! So the 5 stars are rightful.
