Hate to post a negative review for an independent place I respect, but this latest purchase has not gone well

Very slow / no delivery and no response to questions have left a sour taste.

Will stick to in person purchases in future - quality is normally very high, but it seems that delivery service is none existent

Ordered a few different T-shirts, both online and in the shop.

Quality is great. Concepts and designs are great. Good customer service. Would much rather support top quality local manufacturers and businesses than the overpriced official merch.

I've bought several t-shirts from Hat, Scarf, or a Badge for myself & as gifts. The designs are unique, colourful, and the cotton used in the shirts makes them beautifully comfortable to wear. They're easy to care for and the designs don't wear away with repeated washing as some do. Mick & Michelle are a pleasure to meet & deal with, whether its online or in person - their customer service skills are top class!

Product was exactly like picture but the smell was horribleeeee! I’m actually researching f now how to wash it without ruining it. Thinking of just soaking it and laundry detergent, ring and air dry.

Delivery to Ireland was quick and the quality of the t-shirt are brilliant I love their unique styles as I'm not a fan of the Nike stuff I have a few tshirts which are brilliant and I have the reds are ace hoodie which is so comfy.i will definitely be getting more t-shirts
