Your motor was dispatched immediately upon arrival on July 20 and delivered on July 21. The factory was many months behind in fulfilling our last order, hence the delay in delivery. Normally our fulfilment time is very prompt unless we are awaiting stock from the factory.

The measure of a company is primarily their product however it is their after sales service that instils consumer confidence. I cannot rate the Haswing electric trolling motors highly enough, superior manufacturing that is easy to use and reliable. I am even more impressed by their after sales service. My inquiries have been dealt with professionally and in a timely fashion. If you are thinking of investing in an electric motor I highly recommend the Haswing. It represents exceptional value for money that is supported with an amazing after sales team.

Great service.
Hi all to anyone out there thinking of buying a second hand motor and considering after sales service I can assure you from personal experience that the back up service is second to none. I recently purchased a second hand motor admittedly it still had warranty, it was transferred into my name and the few minor hiccups I had were sorted out. Every call I made to Greg was returned straight away even on weekends cannot thank him enough some companies can take days. Great motor could not be happier. Cheers Colin.

Had my Protruar 5.0 for a year or so…
Had my Protruar 5.0 for a year or so now and am extremely happy with it
Pushes my pretty heavy 4m bass electric boat along at roughly 9km/h
Paired with an Infiniti Power 24v 150ah lithium battery I could never run out of power in a day! As I used to frequently with Lead acid batteries
Haswing and Greg are great to deal with and go over and beyond with customer service

I just fished the Lake MacDonald round…
I just fished the Lake MacDonald round of the ABT bass electric series and managed to take it out.
Getting to my first spot first was a priority and the Protuar 5.0 powered by an Infiniti Power 24v 150ah lithium got the job done for me!!
Both bits of gear are awesome I’ve never had a drama with either and I use the gear every weekend!!
I’ve really tested the products hard in the tournament scene and I thoroughly recommend Haswing and Infiniti products!!
