This company has questionable business practices.
This company is a scam. Since none of their products are available on their site, I am amazed that they even respond to email. I ordered two products last spring with what I though was a 30 days expiration date from the date I ordered, although the company argues that it was more like 6 weeks... seriously, what company send you products that are about the expire?. I was offered a replacement and then I received an apology offering 10%. I don't want either. I want to return the product and get my money back. Is it a matter of the amount of money? no. it is a matter of principle. I would have accepted an explanation and an apology, not a bribe. Why? because once you accept a replacement, you have sold your silence to the company and nothing is done. This is how company shut you up when they screw-up. So Caveat Emptor. I am not sure what they are up to, but I will dispose of their products without using them, I just don't trust it.
