If I could put 0 I would do, ordered a pair of Hokas 2 months ago, never arrived, as in previous reviews, I was promised trainers or refund. I have received neither. Website now taken down. SCAMMERS!!!!!
This is a scam. I paid for 2 pairs of shoes, tracking didn't work. I complained. They said that there was an order backlog and that I would get a refund if the order wasn't fulfilled within 3 weeks. Then they said that the orders were all being sorted. Then the website was taken down.
Ordered a tracksuit on the 13th March, never received the order and have tried contacting multiple times! No response! £50 down the drain! Furious isn’t the word!

I purchased 3 pair of Hoka trainers and have not received any of them nor a refund despite numerous emails requesting either delivery or my £119 payment returned. Neither have appeared.
Zero stars for extremely poor customer service. Urge would be purchasers to think very carefully before using this company .
