While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Very expensive

Very expensive. Creators are very hit & miss. Cancelled my subscription and they still charged me the next month & refused to refund.

Not worth the monthly subscription fees. Majority of creators are of poor quality. Prepare to be ghosted.

We haven’t felt adequately supported, despite being on one of the top-tier plans that includes Priority Customer Support. Unfortunately, the platform hasn’t demonstrated sufficient value for the monthly fees.
We’ve experienced losses from creators who failed to deliver content after receiving products, and the significant amount of time required to follow up with each creator individually has made the process inefficient. These are tasks we can easily manage through our own socials for free.

Poorly fit for purpose

Have used the service for over a year and the fulfillment rate of collaborations is sub 50%. They take the sides of creators even if you incur costs in the thousands for seeding no matter how much confirmation, agreement, due dilligence, or explanation. We vetted creators, made sure expectations were clear, did not send anything until all question, queries or concerns were clarified and ultimately many did not fulfill. So many excuses, so much lateness, so many tragic instances, I sometimes contemplated if I were the grim reaper judging by how many tragic circumstances I somehow came across. Avoid this platform if you don't want to deal with a bunch of entitled, over valued 'infleuncers' who take months to fulfill the most basic of collaborations. (I'm talking, a selfie and a 60 second talking head). Our standards were set literally so low and they couldn't accomplish this. These influencers will send you their rate card but have zero f*n clue of what the term 'direct response marketing' even means and they'll spend more time talking about the features of the product opposed to why it is useful in the first place. This was the most painful experience of my life. If you are an influencer relationship manager, brand manager, responsible for seeding, or whatever it is, save your reputation at your enterprise. You will look silly if you champion this platform like I did. 150-200 'collaborations' later, and we have a DAM full of absolute s**t and that's just based on what was fulfilled.
