Not only did they ignore my first email…

Not only did they ignore my first email requesting cancellation, they also failed to ship the item within the timeframe they promised. They then refused my cancellation without any valid grounds and shipped the order anyway, despite me canceling it in a timely manner before it was dispatched. This is horrible customer service and a great example of how not to treat customers.

Pre-order not delivered

I pre-ordered an item that was shipped out and expected delivery on December 29, 2025. The USPS failed to deliver and when I reached out to them, they said they returned it to sender. Immediately contacted Hasbro Pulse, the USPS, and DHL to intercept the product. Getting the runaround the entire time! Finally, today January 2, 2026, they (Hasbro Pulse) contacted me about the details. They proceeded to cancel my order, return my money (in 5 business days from now), and told me to basically f off

Often sold out in minutes

Company often lists products for sale which sell out extremely quickly- sometimes in minutes. Yet never tell you when they will put these listings up. Fair enough if they could only aquire limited stock from the manufacturer... but they ARE the manufacturer. Paying for their "premium" service is also a waste of time. All you get is free postage when with their prices most orders would recieve that anyway and a couple of exclusive to premium member products a year, which is only if they feel like it, rather than a regular thing.

Incompetent payment processing

Hasbro Pulse canceled my order three times without providing clear rationale. First, they indicated only that there was an issue with the payment processing. Then they indicated that my credit card company refused the transaction authorization, which was incorrect. Then they advised to ensure that the shipping and billing details are accurate, which I had already verified and had previously informed the support team. Although the support team is responsive to telephone calls and emails, the back-end teams that they rely on are unhelpful, unprofessional, and incompetent.

I've lost count how many times I've tried to order from this website, I get an order confirmed email but they don't take my money. I'm debating on just buying on eBay for the premium price. Absolutely rubbish website 👎😔👎😔

Awful

Awful. Missing item through Yodel as always. Useless customer service rep called ‘Laura’ that does f-all and probably not her real name. Opened a fraud case with my bank. Avoid at all costs.

Damaged items, no packing care

I’ve been purchasing from Hasbro for a long time, including having backed Haslab projects such as the “Ghost” ship from Rebels last year.
I’m not sure why but when receiving a Marvel Legends set, it’s double boxed and surrounded by air packs to protect it, but never with any Star Wars items.
This review relates to my latest Star Wars order, which had none of the above care taken and despite its parcel box not being damaged, the collectible box had two corners crushed/creased.
After a long exchange of emails I was guaranteed a replacement so returned mine.
After a week I bad received no update, aware that they had received my return. After more emails and a call with a manager the replacement was sent out.
Sadly, it arrived in a much worse state than that of its predecessor, even with an added tear.
As before the parcel box was undamaged, making me consider that maybe these were not in good condition prior to being packed and sent out.
So returning it again, this time calling direct and requesting a refund.
I will point out that on both occasions speaking with someone on the phone, their support was excellent and proactive for which I really appreciated.
It’s sad that a company that promotes itself as being for collectors, it clearly has a varied recognition of which items should be packed with care.
If you’d like to respond to this Hasbro, the order no was UK11287.
Waited a long time for a preorder only to have had to return it twice and left without anything beside a requested refund as not confident that further replacements won’t be damaged too.

I live in Canada

I live in Canada and can’t seem to open an Hasbro Pulse App on my device. I placed an order last night and can’t find it. Also can not open an account because it will not take my phone number. The reviews are terrible everywhere for this American company.
Frustrating.

Late Shipments

For the last three purchases I have been given delayed shipment notices. The most recent has been the longest delay notice ever. What is the most frustrating is that friends who have purchased the same items on Amazon have already gotten the game when it stated it would first be available and mine is still "pending". Contacting customer service just gets a standard email stating information about shipment tracking will come when it ships. This ignores the when will the package ship question.

This has to be a scam

Placed an order and immediately was emailed to say there was an issue with the payment and to change the payment method, which I did, the order was not ever processed so I cancelled the order and placed it again with a different payment method, only for the same thing to happen.

All three boxes arrived damaged

All three boxes arrived damaged. They were barely wrapped in a thin layer of cardboard mesh—nowhere near adequate for protecting collectible items. It would have taken at least four times the packing material to even come close to safe shipping.

There’s no way something this fragile could be sent like that without getting shaken, rubbed, and ruined in transit.

These are meant to be gifts for my son, but they look like they were pulled from a flea market dumpster. This is completely unacceptable.

Amazing Customer Service

I've been ordering for years, mainly Transformers, a few Haslabs, and spatterings of other lines. I have had several figures which have arrived defective and some packages lost in transit, but the customer service has always been second to none, with all issues easily resolved (including a defective Haslab). I'm happy to pay a little more and but from Hasbro Pulse because I know if something goes wrong it'll not be stressful to sort, unlike some other online stores which can be a total nightmare.

Censoring product reviews

I posted a low review for an item because it didn't meet the description.

4 days later they still have not allowed the review. It looks like Hasbropulse.com is censoring product reviews for their benefit and won't and allow a fair and honest review if it isn't showing them in a positive light.

Everything worked fine!

I don't know why this shop has so many bad reviews.

Many good board games can be ordered here that you won't even find on Amazon & co.!

We ordered on sunday, monday we got the confirmation that our order was sent out and tuesday morning we already got our package. The shop even had a live-tracker where we could see the delivery vehicle on the map.

I ordered 3GI Joe's and was charged immediately for. I have bank statement where it shows that has been taken out. Pulse took out almost $90. Saying that my transaction didn't go through and I needed to sign in and put my credit card information back in. I talked to 4 different customer service representatives. And everyone of them kept giving me the run around as to why they are trying to double charge me. They say that the first fee is authorization fee and then they'll take the money out when they get ready to ship. I've been buying from them for Years and I damn well know that they're not shipping anything at 1 o'clock PM on a Friday.So I have to talk to four representatives who all said they're not trying to double dip, It's obvious to me That hasbro pulse Is being very dishonest with their customers. And if you don't look ar your bank statement. You're probably being charged twice. Don't shop from hasbro or pulse until their payment methods go back to the way they were. And from numerous other reviews, it could take over a month for you to get your money refunded. Not the money you spent, but the money they are trying to steal. They have one of the greatest toy lines right now, it would be a shame for people to lose interest bc the company that makes them are charging you twice. None of the 4 reps could explain it to me. Then again, I guess you need an iq higher than 50 to comprehend how you're trying to steal my money. They said it's the banks fault. Contacted bank and they said no they took out the money on Fri and then tried to take out the same amt again that same day. Repulsive from a well known company, and possibly the dumbest representatives working for them. But then again, they're not going to tell you that they're actively trying to charge you double. I'm done with them and suggest anyone and everyone else do the same. Now I have to wait God knows how long to be refunded and purchase them from Amazon, which would honestly be cheaper anyway. Bottom line: don't give hasbro pulse any of your money, bc they will take more than you ordered out

just received my copy of heroquest ,first light ,excellent service as i had an issue which was quickly resolved ,and the delivery was quick and fast ,very happy customer ,still the best place to get your heroquest games and expansions

They hate privacy

They don't let you change your account information or close the account. Instead they put you on loops of contacting their service team, who links you to articles that tell you to contact their service team. Sigh...

Profit driven company, UNSAFE, pet toys

First let me say this rating of "1" is extremely generous. I purchased a Nerf dog toy for the sole purpose of tossing this toy outside. Our Belgian Malinois has many chew toys, all Nylabone for indoor chewing.
I tossed this nerf product to our pup Belle only one day. She chases, returns and drops the toy at my feet,... no chewing. After our play session the nylon and rubber material split at the seams in two places, exposing a white foam. Thankfully, I noticed and stopped using this toy.
I contacted Hasbro Nerf division which claimed they could do nothing as it was manufactured by a licensed company. I called this company and messaged them 14 days ago and 4 days ago... NO response. Again, I called Hasbro, the rep basically stated, not our problem.
I would highly recommend avoiding any Hasbro products, especially Nerf.
I'm sure your pet is "family", protect it from "uncaring" profit driven companies. This product's reviews are rated #1. Pass the word to your friends.
