Delivery driver Ryan was a total Gent
Delivery driver Ryan was an absolute gentleman he helped us with couch after we realised the screw the leg of couch screws into was fell into the couch he got it out and put the leg on so we finished putting it together ourselves I rang the shop to tell them what had happened was told to send a pic in email and they would reach out to supplier also was told that couch was in storage for so long that could why I woudl be slow to go back even though we have a full new build to kit out ... so maybe its their loss

A fabulous Spanish lady called Maria looked after me very well in Harvey Norman knocknacarra.
It was an emergency situation where we needed a a bed to sleep beside an elderly relative who is poorly and can’t be left alone at night , Maria went above and beyond to make sure I got what we needed.

Lads came out to sort a problem but told us they couldn't fix it that it was a manufacturer issue so instead of harvey norman contacting me about it they send me a survey ,by the way the 2 lads were very nice lads

Even though it didn't work, It worked!
Thanks so much to the lovely online sales agent in Harvery Norman last week. I'd ordered a display model printer, that when arrived it didn't set up. I called and she was absolutely brilliant to deal with and resolved my issue within 24 hours and I'm printing away again. So although I had an issue, we worked it out calmly and professionally and it worked for everyone. Well done Harvey Normal, top employee.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! 3 weeks ago I bought online fridge and washing machine. Calling 15 times , writing 2 times nothing. Nobody knows where is my order. Such a big company shame!!!
Newer again doing business with them. Stay away from or buy somewhere else!

very nice experience
I had a very positive experience with Harvey Norman, both online and in their Galway store. I ordered a DJI Air 3S drone online, and the process was smooth and straightforward. When I picked up the drone in-store, I also purchased a Tefal airfryer. The staff at the Galway location were helpful and efficient, making the collection and additional purchase seamless. Overall, both the online and in-store experiences were excellent.
