I spent €800 on a watch for my husband and was extremely disappointed to learn that the battery had to be replaced upon opening it. I ordered it from the website for delivery to Dublin from Galway. We have since learned that it will have to be sent off for 2 weeks to have a specialist device replace the battery due to the materials used to make the watch as well as pay a fee for the service. Its a real shame because otherwise the service would have been great. Fast delivery, beautiful packaging and presentation, etc.
