Your Customers Are Key!
No issues with our previous orders but the most recent was not great. I emailed the company twice over a few days regarding out of stock items to ask if they could give me an approx date that the items would be back in stock as I was waiting to make yet another bulk purchase... I received no response at all. Several days later after checking daily the stock was available, I placed my order at the begining of the week & paid for 'Next Day' delivery... the items were dispatched 2 days later & arrived on the 3rd day.
We have only given 4 stars due to previous orders being issue free, if this was our 1st order we would have given 1-2 stars & not used this company again.
However, we will put that down to a bad week (staffing issues?) for now we will continue to use this company.
